issue of publication. Advertisers will
pay either the amount due in full or
per issue. Installment issue due at
time of signing agreement. Accounts
unpaid after a 30 day period shall
bear a fee of $25.00 or 1.5% interest
per month late (whichever greater)
until balance has been paid in full.
