central plain of Sonoma County. With
43,000 residents, it is the third largest
city within the county. It is one of the
first planned communities in the United
States. Bikeways and walkways connect
its tree-lined boulevards and attractive

Dining Around Town – What are you
hungry for? Thai, Mexican, Indian … a
big juicy burger or thick slice of pizza with
all the toppings?
There are restaurants
with cuisines to fit everybody’s appetite and
plenty of options on the wine list or behind
the bar. If you want dine, on the patio or in front of the flat screen

Green Music Center – Located at
Sonoma State University, the Green
Music Center will include a world-class
concert hall, which has been designed to
perfectly showcase acoustic music. The
1,400-seat hall will be home to the Santa
Rosa Symphony. The Center – developed as a public-private
partnership – is under construction and scheduled to open in the
next few years.
Spreckels Performing Arts Center –

include a wide variety of dance, music and
theatre performances. Spreckels offers three
tantalizing venues to enjoy the arts and also accommodates
private events and meetings.
Foxtail Golf Club – With two distinct, 18hole courses, Foxtail provides golfers of
all skill levels with multiple challenges. There’s
a pro shop, sports bar and sizeable banquet
facility, which makes Foxtail an ideal location
to book tournaments or events. Also, the Greg Anderson Golf
Academy uses the latest technology to provide instruction to
new players as well as the low handicappers.
Sonoma State University – As one of
the premier undergraduate schools in the
California State University system, Sonoma
State offers a wide variety of courses, degrees
and professional certificate programs. Locals
stroll the scenic campus on weekends and
during the summer, enjoying the trails and bike paths through
gardens and lakes. Residents also take advantage of the
Lifelong Learning Institute, which offers eight-week classes in

preckels Performing Arts Center is dedicated to
providing the finest and most comprehensive
performing arts programs for the residents of Rohnert
Park, Sonoma County and the surrounding regions.
Since opening in 1990, it has set the standard for
cultural events in the North Bay, offering the highest quality

Spreckels Performing Arts center is the only facility of its kind

he Green Music Center at Sonoma State University

The innovative Bette Condiotti Experimental Theatre seats
