Rohnert Park Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Sonoma County Honoree
Cully Williamson became a Sonoma County resident in 1981
after completing his education as a business major at San
Jose State University. Cully began giving back to the
community almost immediately after marrying Terri, the
Granddaughter of Mary’s Pizza Shack founder Mary
Fazio. Terri and Cully moved to the town of Sonoma to work
at the original Boyes Hot Springs Mary’s Restaurant. In 1982
Cully moved to Rohnert Park and opened the 2nd Mary’s
restaurant in Cotati. In 1992 the restaurant was relocated to
Rohnert Park where it is still owned and operated by Cully
today. During this time Cully has been proud to employ local
Ben Stone, Terri & Cully Williamson
residents and offer them a chance at a decent livelihood.
Many of his employees have used their employment at Mary’s to pay for their room and tuition at
Sonoma State University while completing their education. A number of employees that Cully hired
many years ago have been promoted many times and hold key positions in Mary’s corporate upper
management. During his years as owner of Mary’s Pizza Shack Cully has been tireless in
volunteering his time and has contributed numerous gift
certificates and held fundraisers for Sonoma County non- profit organizations and local
charities. These groups have included Rohnert Park-Cotati Education Foundation, Leukemia &
Lymphoma Society, Sonoma
County Animal Shelter, Evergreen School PTA, Families In Need, Panama Swim Team, various
Sonoma State University Sororities and Fraternities, Rotary Clubs. Cully has been a board member
of the Sonoma Valley Mentoring Alliance, Sonoma County Health Coalition, Rohnert Park Chamber
of Commerce, and Sonoma Community Foundation. Cully considers raising the quality of education
in Sonoma County his true life passion. With this in mind he has assisted the Superintendent of the
Rohnert Park-Cotati Unified School District on a project aimed at the betterment of local education
and reducing the dropout rate.
With what little spare time he has Cully enjoys spending his days with his wife of 30 years Terri and
their sons Chase and Reese along with their three grandchildren. Cully can often be seen playing a
round of golf at one of our Sonoma County fabulous golf courses or hiking or riding his bike in the
gorgeous Sonoma County country side. At home Cully enjoys rooting on his beloved San Francisco
Giants and Golden State Warriors. Cully is also an active traveler and has visited many European
destinations and has seen much of the United States while traveling in his motor home. Cully is
also an active book reader enjoying fiction and non-fiction with his favorite author being Ken Follett.
Congratulations Cully and thank you for all you do for our Chamber and our Community!

The holidays are all about giving and Blake’s Auto Body followed that
tradition again this year — providing two refurbished cars to those in
need, providing a New Year filled with hope.
For the 2013 holiday season, Blake’s (in conjunction with USAA
Insurance), one car was donated to a Sonoma County military family
of five. A second car was presented to a Novato single mother of two
children, who have been through tough times. The donations are
made possible with the assistance of Corte Madera Tow, as well as
LKQ, Sonnen VW, Keystone, Endent Paintless Dent Repair and Bay
Street European. Many applicants apply for the vehicles that could
use the help. “We wish we could give cars to everyone,” said Blake
Andros, owner of Blake’s Auto Body. “But are delighted to help those
we can.” Blake’s Auto Body can be found online at
www.blakesautobody.com.

PG&E Warns of Scam Emails, Calls
PG&E has learned of an email and telephone scam targeting
residents across the United States. The utility has received calls
from people, both within its service area and outside of it, reporting
that they have received suspicious emails that appeared to be bills
sent by PG&E. This is similar to email and phone scams that have
been happening recently throughout the country involving several
utilities.
An example of the "bill" that comes with the email scam.
“It’s unacceptable that someone is trying to take advantage of our
customers and others,” said Helen Burt, the utility’s chief customer
officer and a senior vice president. “We take our customers’
security very seriously and under no circumstances would we email
anyone to request that they provide personal information without
first logging into My Energy or calling us.”
If a customer receives one of these emails requesting information
about their account, they should delete and take the following
precautions:
Do not respond to request
Do not click on any links in the email
Do not open any attachments
Do not provide any personal information
Report these contacts to [email protected]
PG&E is investigating the situation and has contacted the proper
authorities. There has been no security breach and the information
referenced in the email message is not legitimate.
If you ever have questions about the legitimacy of a
correspondence from PG&E, please call 1-800-743-5000.
PG&E offers the following tips to help protect customers from
potential scams:
PG&E’s Credit Department will not ask for personal information or a
credit card number over the phone. Anyone who has received such
a phone call and provided credit card or checking account
Information should report it immediately to the credit card company
or bank and law enforcement.
Customers with concerns about the legitimacy of a call about a past
due bill, service request or request for personal information are
encouraged to call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000.
Customers should always ask to see identification before allowing
anyone claiming to be a PG&E representative inside their home.
PG&E employees always carry their identification and are willing to
show it to you.
If a person claiming to be a PG&E employee has identification and
you still feel uncomfortable, call PG&E’s customer service line at
1-800-743-5000 to verify an appointment and/or PG&E’s presence
in the community. If you feel threatened in any way, notify local law
enforcement immediately.
Customers who have an appointment with PG&E will receive an
automated call back within 48 hours prior to a scheduled visit, or a
personal call from a PG&E gas service representative prior to a
scheduled visit.
