2013 Health & Safety Fair
Albertson’s Parking Lot
Saturday, June 8th
10am – 2pm
Big News for 2013! The Lions Club has secured their Mobile Health Screening Unit for the
Health & Safety Fair this year. This will be a huge opportunity for our community, as it will offer
FREE health screening tests in the areas of hearing, vision, blood pressure, diabetes and
glaucoma.
Raffle. Please let us know if you have a raffle item to donate to the Health & Safety Fair this
year. Our plan is to have at least one raffle item geared towards adults and another raffle item
geared towards children. This is a great way to motivate our guests to visit a majority of the
booths and it also gets your agency name out there.
Booth Contest. The booth that is voted most festive during the Health & Safety Fair will be
featured on next year’s flyer. Booth space is approximately 10x10. Each booth will need to
provide their own table, chairs, canopy, etc. We will send you a map sketch during the week
prior to the event, so you know where your booth is located prior to arrival. Have fun planning
your booth space!
Thank You! Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions
