AREA DRI’s:
The Boggy Creek DRI, located in the NWQ of State Road 417 and
Boggy Creek Road, is approved for 1,460 Single Family Units and
600 Multi-Family Units. DR Horton has purchased property in the
Boggy Creek DRI and is constructing 350 Single Family Homes and

Northeast of Meadow Woods, on Wetherbee Road, Beazer
