the Middle East, Africa, North and South America will travel to Sonus Festival this year.

Once you arrive in Novalja, the island’s capital, you will find the various check-in places from our travel
partners. Please see list below.
For a quick and comfortable check-in process for everyone, please have your passport and booking
confirmation at hand when you check in. Remember that for most accommodations a deposit will be
required.
COLLEGIUM CHECK-IN for all Collegium accomodations will take place in Collegium’s local travel

SONUS ISLAND SHUTTLE
Don’t be a fool - be better off with a shuttle ticket. The island’s bus lines are the most comfortable,
secure and safe way to travel around Pag. Besides reaching the festival venue in short time, the
ticket enables you to explore the beauty of the Adriatic coast by stopping at magnificent beaches,
hidden cultural sites or fabulous boutiques.

The festival shuttle wristband is valid 24/7 on all bus lines on the island.
During peak times (1pm-8am) shuttle buses will drive more frequently.

The shuttle ticket offers you to commute freely for 7 days as from August 20th. The different lines
and routes are displayed in the map below. We will post timetables for all buses in time and ahead
of Sonus Festival.
More party less traffic jams The island is pretty small and especially at the venue there is only little
space for cars available. Save your money & patience Parking space is very limited and usually
charged per hour. Don`t drink & drive Regular traffic controls will be undertaken by the police.

HOW TO GET YOUR WRISTBAND I
In order to collect your festival wristband, please visit the Sonus Festival Check-in tent at Zrce
beach, close to Papaya and Aquarius. You will recognize it easily and exchange your print-athome or mobile ticket for a wristband there. For our VIP guests there will be a separate fast lane
directly at the check-in.
Please note, In case you booked a festival package including a ticket (Collegium or Papaya
Travel) you will receive your wristband at their check-in places. Please review the section
„Welcome to Novalja“ for the addresses.
Day tickets can only be exchanged for day wristbands, which are only valid on the day of the
event. Check-in is only possible on the day the tickets are valid for.
You always have to show ID and your ticket.
Do not lose your wristband - we cannot replace any wristbands.
No wristband - No Party!
BOX OFFICE If you want to grab a last minute ticket on-site, our box offices will be open for
your service. Find the offices at Aquarius and Kalypso main entrance, offering different types
of Sonus tickets including festival tickets, day tickets and island shuttle tickets. Please check
opening hours.
HOW TO GET YOUR WRISTBAND II
GUEST LIST The guest list check-in tent will be in front of Papaya club. As from Tuesday 23rd
August the guest list check-in will be located at the Sonus Festival Check-in tent at the beach.
Keep in mind that in order to get your wristband you will always have to show ID and your guest
list ticket.
INFOPOINT / HELP DESK There will be two Info Points / Help Desk stations. You will find them
besides the main entrances of Kalypso and Papaya club. They will provide you with answers for
all further questions about Sonus and Novalja or assist you with general needs. Also in case you
experience any discrepancies or have any problems regarding your stay, the Help Desk team will
be available for your assistance.
SONUS MERCHANDISE SHOP The shop is located opposite of Papaya club’s entrance. Visit the
shop to find out about our Sonus Merchandise items such as t-shirts, bags or fans.

PARTIES
1. All boats depart from Novalja harbor not Zrce beach!
(Domagojeva Obala Kneza Domagoja 2, 53291 Novalja harbor)
2. Meet at the boat party point on Novalja pier, at least 30 minutes before your boat departs
with your booking confirmation / ticket & ID
3. Once your ticket has been scanned you will be boarding straight away
4. You are not able to bring any drinks on board, you will be searched before boarding.
5. Drink tokens are available for purchase on the boat. There is a bar on the boat.
6. Very Important Rule: No jumping in to the sea from the boat / pier. If you do so, we will remove
your wristband instantly. You will not be allowed into the festival anymore.
7. Any use of drugs on board is strictly forbidden.
Boat parties are sold out. The normal festival or day tickets are not valid for boat parties. A small amount of no
show tickets will be sold shortly before departure at the pier, however, there is no guarantee.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
TEMPORARILY CLOSING OF CLUBS? There might be times that the clubs will temporarily be closed due to security reasons.
Monitors at the entrance will indicate this.
WHAT IF I GET SICK / NEED MEDICAL SUPPORT? There are medics available at Zrce beach.
You will find a medical tent as well as medics walking around.
WILL THERE BE WIFI AT THE FESTIVAL? The clubs all have public WiFi available.
Look out for WiFi signs around Novalja, in cafes and along the sea side.
HOW CAN I PAY? At the beach and in the clubs you can only pay with Kuna, the Croatian currency. There are many currency
exchange agencies all over Novalja. Kuna has the approximate rates: 1 £ = 8,9 hRK; 1 EURO = 7,5 hRK, 1 USD = 6.8 hRK.
Exchange rates fare subject to fluctuations. The given rates are no guarantee only an approximate value estimate.
CAN I GET CASH AT THE FESTIVAL? WHAT ABOUT PAYING WITH MY CARD? There are numerous ATMs located in Novalja, at
the beach and also in each club. All major credit cards should be accepted in the clubs. Please make sure before ordering. We
recommend to store an emergency amount of funds in your accommodation in case you lose your money during the festival.
I’VE LOST MY PHONE / WALLET / PASSPORT, WHAT SHOULD I DO? Talk to a staff member in the clubs or ask the help desk
to find out about any returned lost items. In case you have lost something valuable make sure to report it to the local police.
A local police station is placed at the parking lot at Zrce beach. This might also be required from your insurance company.
