The sustainability, the familiarity, the fantastic trips that peak our imagination, that is what a book offers to us. This Fall, the "Friends" will sponsor two exciting events that will enable us to follow the advice of Dr. Seuss: "Fill your house with stacks of books, in all the crannies and all the nooks." October will bring our annual book sale. Where can you secure a fantastic journey for only $1.00 or less? November 14 is truly an exciting day! It is Nutley Library Day at Barnes & Noble in Clifton Commons. The day will be packed with free activities for all ages. Please watch for a flyer that will outline the events planned. Please come "check us out" and remember the door to endless possibilities opens as we read. Keep in mind the encouragement given to us by Lewis Carroll: “The time has come," the Walrus said, “To talk of many things: Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax-Of cabbages--and kings-And why the sea is boiling hot-And whether pigs have wings.” -Barbara Hirsch, President The 70th Anniversary of the Nutley Historical Society WITH MUSEUM DIRECTOR 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CHECK IT OUT !
