WOOMC VISION
Empowerment is the process of enabling or giving people power to
accomplish something.
World Overcomers is a 21st century empowerment training center designed
to prepare you for the God-ordained, predestined purpose and the Christcentered ministry to which He has called you. We believe that all believers are
called to the ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-19; Ephesians 1:11).
You are empowered to LOVE GOD, through praise and worship, prayer,
prophecy, the ministry of the Word of God, and a personal encounter with Him.
You are empowered to EMBRACE OTHERS, both believers and unbelievers,
through connection in small groups and the ministry of helps.
You are empowered to TOUCH DESTINY, and/or the purpose God has for
your life, as a World Overcoming sent one, through small group participation,
leadership opportunities, ministry training, team ministry, and release into
your calling.

DIAMOND MAKERS
A diamond is just a piece of charcoal that handles stress
exceptionally well. At first, the charcoal seems to have no beauty
at all. Yet, underneath all the charcoal is a beautiful, shining stone.
He has made everything beautiful in His time,
also he has set the world in their heart, so that
no man can find out the work that God makes
from beginning to end (Ecclesiastes 3:11).
Embrace the diamond in the making in you and those
you are called to reach!
1.
Diamonds actually begin as the black carbon allotrope we know as charcoal. In the darkest, roughest places
the most beautiful things emerge.
2.
Diamonds are produced through pressure, heat, and time and you need the right combination of each of
these three working together perfectly to create a diamond. In the fullness of time, the pressures of
life, hot situations, and long seasons of what appear to be “nothingness,” create an undeniable
testimony of God’s sovereignty, power, and grace.
3.
Even after production, the beauty of the diamond is magnified with each cut, giving it the ability to reflect
light, producing more sparkle and eye catching (and heart catching) brilliance as God saves us and uses
others to disciple us in His Word. We are in a continual process, being beautified daily so that the
light of Christ will break forth from our lives and His beauty shed abroad in us will capture
the eye, touch the heart, and win the soul of mankind to Him!
As difficult as it may be, embrace the diamond at work in you. God need you to sparkle for Him that the
world may see HIS good works in you, and glorify the Father which is in Heaven.
God is also calling you to be a diamond maker, helping others cut away all their fluff of life and
become useful to the kingdom of God. Every person you connect with has a hidden diamond or
treasure inside them just waiting for someone to help them shine forth (2 Corinthians 4:7). They
just need someone to show them the way out. Will you become a diamond maker?
And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same
commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also (2 Timothy 2:2).
Apostle Williams’ book The Diamond Makers Discipleship Manual empowers you to answer the call of Jesus
Christ to become a diamond maker, helping others cut away all their fluff of life and become useful to the kingdom of
God. It features such lessons as:

MEN
Are you ready for genuine change? Are you tired of running with
that crew that’s “running” your life in the ground? Remember “bad
company corrupts good behavior”. The men of Group Life have
your back and your best interest in mind. If you’ve been struggling
with temptation, searching for answers, and looking for support,
you’re not alone. Or perhaps you’ve got a story to tell of how God has
made you an Overcomer in life and given you victorious living. The
Men’s Division of Group Life is for you.
WOMEN
When you attend a women’s group meeting you will find a sense of
belonging, lasting friendship, prayer partners and transparency.
You will discover the freedom to voice your opinions and not be
worried that someone will criticize you. You will be surprised
to find out that there will always be someone in the group that has
gone through some of the same challenges you are facing (divorce,
rape, abortion, anger, sickness, etc.,). You will hear testimonies of
how God has delivered them thereby increasing your faith to know
that God will deliver you too!
MARRIED COUPLES
You said “I DO” and Married couples gather in a small
group to share “HOW TO”. As a Married couple you will find
accountability, confidentiality and loving support. We learn how

THE STATUE OF LIBERATION THROUGH CHRIST
Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the
people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance
(Psalm 33:12).
The Statue of Liberation Through Christ stands
at the northwest corner of our Winchester campus and
serves as a monument and memorial unto the Lord. The
statue pedestal stands at a total of 72 feet in height.
Thy name, O LORD, [endureth] forever; [and] thy
memorial, O LORD, throughout all generations (Psalm
135:13). All statues serve as instruments to cause people
to remember something. New York’s Lady Liberty has
always been a symbol of America and freedom. Our Lady
Liberation’s intent is to cause people to remember its
Christian heritage. Her message is clear and simple:
America, come back to God. America belongs to God.
Jesus Christ is the true source of liberty in every area of
life: spiritually, emotionally, physically, financially, and
relationally. Lady Liberation is only a prophetic symbol
that proclaims to America that Jesus Christ is the Way,
the Truth, and the Life; no man can come unto the Father
(God) but by Him.
Neither God nor our Founding Fathers intended for Christianity and its practices to be separated
from schools or public life. As a result of our laws removing Christian practices from our educational
institutions, our schools and our nation are reaping the negative consequences. Lady Liberation
affords us the opportunity to call forth righteous foundations in our nation. With a cross in her
right hand and God’s Ten Commandments in her left, Lady Liberation compels America to return
to the Lord Jesus Christ and His laws, which made it a great nation (Ezra 7:25-26).
Part of Apostle Williams’ apostolic call is to remind America about its godly heritage and leave a
legacy for Christ to the next generation. The Lord’s Lady Liberty stands as a symbol of that call
(Exodus 3:15).
The U.S. Supreme Court, in the case of Runkel vs. Winemiller, ruled that America was a Christian
nation. Also, the U.S. Supreme Court case of Updegraph vs. Commonwealth in 1824 stated that
Christianity was the acknowledged religion of the nation.
Lady Liberation is an outward evangelistic witnessing tool for the thousands of people who drive
by who may never enter the doors of a church. It is designed to reawaken awareness of the intent
of our Founding Fathers, who established this nation on a Judeo-Christian foundation.
Although she is intended to honor and glorify the God of the Bible, it is only art and is not to be
worshipped. Her uplifted arm with the cross points to the One who is to be worshipped.
Confounded be all they that serve graven images, that boast themselves of idols: WORSHIP HIM,
ALL YE GODS (Psalm 97:7).

The Ministry of
the Apostle
worldovercomers.org | 37
DEFINE APOSTLE
One who is called and sent by Christ with spiritual
authority, character, gifts, and abilities to successfully
reach and establish people in kingdom truth and order,
especially through founding and overseeing local
churches.
The Jackson church is an answer and obedience to that call.
APOSTOLIC MANDATE
Apostle Alton R. Williams received a mandate from God
to obey this commission in September 2000.
DEFINE APOSTOLIC PEOPLE
The word apostolic does not refer to the apostolic
denomination. Those with the nature of the apostle’s
ministry are considered an apostolic people. These
people are sent by God to fulfill their own purpose and
destiny. A characteristic of the apostolic spirit is an
awareness of being sent.
CHARACTERISTICS OF THE APOSTLE’S
MINISTRY
A. Apostles carry the blueprints to establish
God’s churches. Therefore they are first in rank in
God’s government (Ephesians 4:11; 1 Corinthians 12:28-30).
B. Apostles are pioneers. This means that God
gives them the rank, gifting, and ability to open up and
develop new territory for the kingdom of God. Pioneers
keep the church moving ahead. They plant new
churches and establish new works for God.
C. Apostles have a breakthrough anointing.
They are anointed to break through obstructions
and penetrate defensive lines of warfare. They break
through tradition, religion, ignorance, poverty,
witchcraft, pride, and rebellion so that people will be
set free.
D. Apostles are given for perfecting the saints.
They mature and equip believers for service and
ministry. Ministries are birthed, and disciples are raised
to preach, teach, heal, deliver, pastor, witness, and
prophesy (Ephesians 4:12).
E. Apostles are ambassadors of Christ. They are
ambassadors of the Gospel. They speak and represent the
Kingdom. They have license from heaven to preach and
teach with authority the message committed to them.
38 | WOOMC DIRECTORY
They are not bound by men, denominations, traditions,
titles, or religion (2 Corinthians 5:20).
F. Apostles establish and set proper doctrine.
With so much false doctrine being taught in the Body of
Christ, apostles are anointed to establish biblical truth
(Acts 2:42; Ephesians 4:11-15).
G. Apostles lay correct foundation. The church
is built upon the foundation of Christ established by
the apostles and prophets. Churches can only survive
and thrive if the proper foundation is in place (Ephesians
2:20).
H. Apostles are wise master builders. Apostles
are like architects or contractors. They know all the
ingredients and supplies needed to properly build
God’s church. Like a contractor uses all the labor skills
needed, apostles use the spiritual gifts of the prophets,
evangelists, pastors and teachers.
I. Apostles are planters. They plant new churches
and care for them
(1 Corinthians 3:6; 2 Corinthians 11:28).
J. Apostles oversee churches. They oversee the
churches and pastors they plant (Acts 1:20). They assign,
survey, watch, examine, and supervise new church
plants.
K. Apostles ordain elders. They ordain and set
elders in place to govern local congregations who are
called and qualified.
L Apostles set in order. Apostles are anointed to set
churches in proper order: its government, leadership,
doctrines, and teachings. They deal with any strife,
division, and carnality that manifests.
M. Apostolic ministry touches multitudes.
Apostles have the grace, power, and authority to touch
multitudes (Acts 5:16; 13:45; 4:32; 6:2; 14:1).
N. Apostles are often targets of envy and
jealousy and will suffer persecution. Church
leaders who fear the possibility of losing members and
are insecure in their position will accuse and attack true
apostolic ministry (Acts 13:45). They will be persecuted,
defamed, and reviled by many (1 Corinthians 4:11-13).
O. Apostles are usually very bold. They have an
awareness of being sent by the Lord only. Therefore,
they do not fear those who oppose them (Acts 13:46).
They preach and work, despite the persecution.
P. Apostles are reformers. Apostles have the ability
to pull down strongholds of tradition and religion and
bring forth revelation from God’s Word. They know
how to structurally reform the church (Hebrews 9:10).
Q. Apostles are defenders of the faith. Apostles
defend the church against tradition, heresy, false
doctrine, and error. They believe truth should be
preached at all costs (Philippians 4:17).
R. Apostles operate in signs and wonders.
Apostles are used by God in healing and deliverance to
set people free (Acts 2:43).
S. Apostles’ main focus is on souls. Apostles have
the heart of God to reach the lost (Luke 15).
T. Apostles establish believers in their own call.
Apostles believe that believers have their own ministry.
They help believers find their destiny
(2 Corinthians 5:17-19).
DIFFERENT CATEGORIES OF APOSTLES
An apostle, then, is one who is sent forth with authority,
who faithfully represents the purposes and intentions
of the sender. There are at least 23 different apostles
mentioned in the New Testament. There are also
various types or classes of apostles and apostolic
ministry mentioned in the Bible. They did not all have
the same level of apostolic authority and anointing.
Their level of anointing was based upon the level of
calling, purpose, and authority that was given to them
by God. For example:
1. Jesus Christ was and is the chief apostle. He
was and is in a class all by Himself (Hebrews 3:1).
2. The 12 apostles of the Lamb: The original 12
apostles are unique. No modern-day apostle can ever
take the place of the original 12 (See Luke 6:12; Revelation
21:14).
3. The James-type apostle: James gave oversight to
the apostles and elders in Jerusalem. He seems to have
basically stayed in one location (Acts 15:13; 21:18).
4. The Paul-type apostle: Paul was a traveling
apostle who had been given authority and responsibility
by the Lord for churches in various parts of the world
(Ephesians 1:1). It appears as if Paul was not necessarily
recognized by every church as an apostle. He was,
however, recognized by the churches that the Lord
gave him spiritual responsibility for. He told the
Corinthian Christians that his sphere of authority and
responsibility included them (1 Corinthians 10:13).
5. The Timothy-type apostle: Timothy was sent by
Paul for apostolic ministry to the Corinthian church.
Although Paul was the “senior” apostle, the Corinthians
also saw Timothy as having an apostolic ministry that
would be used of the Lord to give them direction and
guidance (1 Corinthians 4:17).
Paul sent other men who served on a team with him to
fulfill an apostolic role in certain situations, just as he
sent Timothy to Corinth. As I mentioned earlier, Paul
sent Titus to Crete. Epaphras was used of the Lord to
start the church in Colossae (Colossians 4:12).
As mentioned above, there were at least 20-22 other
men in scripture other than the 12 and Paul who were
called apostles (Rom. 16:7, Gal.1:19, Acts 4:36, Acts 14:14,
Acts 13:2, II Cor.8:23, Phil. 2:25, I Thess. 1:1, 2:6, I Cor. 4:6-9).
This means that the title was not just for those 12-13
men. Religion made the mistake of deifying the office
of apostle; they almost put it on the same level as God.
The office of the apostle is a function that God wants
to be carried out, not some title to feed men’s egos and
limited to a few men back in biblical times.
6. Those involved in apostolic-type ministry:
The 70 who were sent out were involved in apostolictype ministry.
Greet Andronicus and Junias, my relatives who have
been in prison with me. They are outstanding among
the apostles, and they were in Christ before I was
(Romans 16:7).
Our current understanding is that the Lord will call
many apostolic-type overseers from the Church that
He is building in this generation to serve His people.
Some will serve the church in the local area and help
to oversee congregations and house church networks.
Others will go to the nations of the world to help
establish and oversee new works. Some will do both
(Romans 16:7).
worldovercomers.org | 39
Some apostles have a prophetic thrust, an evangelistic
thrust, or a pastoral teaching thrust. Some may be used
more greatly in healing, deliverance, and miracles than
others. All apostles do not have the same grace (Romans
12:6). Paul’s grace was probably greater than any
apostles we have seen because his call was to establish
churches throughout the known world at that time.
HOW DO WE KNOW THAT APOSTLES ARE
STILL FOR TODAY?
God’s office of apostles is still for today. In Ephesians
4:11, the apostle is mentioned in the same verse with
the pastor and the evangelist.
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and
some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
(Ephesians 4:11).
Therefore, if we accept the prophet, pastor, teacher,
and the evangelist, then we must also accept the
apostle because it is in the same passage, God made no
distinctions saying that one would not be for today and
the others would.
Then He states in verse 13 how long we will have the
five gifts (including apostle); “till we all come into the
unity of the faith and the knowledge of the Son of God.”
And that has not happened yet; so apostles are still for
today to help bring us into that level of knowledge and
unity. This will be going on until Christ returns.
THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN A PASTOR/
BISHOP AND AN APOSTLE
I operate as a senior pastor and teacher along with
the apostolic call. Here are some differences in the
pastoral/bishop/elder anointing from the apostle:
1. The PASTORAL role centers around the people
and their needs satisfying the sheep, whereas the
APOSTLE’S anointing gets the people centered on
God’s call and purposes for their lives.
2. Today’s PASTORAL role is to love and feed the
people as they put on spiritual weight, whereas the
APOSTLE’S anointing seeks to train the people so
they can put on spiritual muscles that develop them for
their call and to walk in their authority and faith.
40 | WOOMC DIRECTORY
3. Today’s PASTORAL role takes upon itself the
responsibility to perform services for the sheep
and keep them happy and maintained, whereas the
APOSTLE demands the people’s performance of
ministry. He challenges them to get up off the pews.
4. Today’s PASTORAL role only equips the people
to meet the needs of the people in the local church,
for the local church, especially for church worship
services; whereas the APOSTLE equips every believer
to function effectively in the work of Christ’s ministry
outside and beyond the church.
5. Today’s PASTORAL role has maintenance as its
goal, whereas the APOSTLE’S anointing has maturing
the people to believe God for themselves and be used by
Him as his goal.
6. Today’s PASTORAL role is limited to letting the
people know that they are saved and forgiven, whereas
the APOSTLE emphasizes moving the saints from just
saints and children of God to sons of God.
7. Today’s PASTORAL role works to meet the external
needs of bringing comfort and relief to believers,
whereas APOSTLES will stir the spirits of the people
to rise to the occasion and take up their spiritual
resources in Christ and destroy their own yokes and the
yokes of others.
8. Today’s PASTORS usually keep the people
dependent on them, whereas APOSTLES lead the
people to trust God and His word to receive what
belongs to them and find their calling.
9. The PASTORS primarily have the church doing
church worship work, however, APOSTLES move
people in the works of Christ such as saving and
discipling the lost, getting them healed, filled with the
Holy Spirit, delivered, set free, and established on the
truth of God’s Word (Matt. 28:18-20, Mark 16:15-20).
WHAT DOES A CHURCH WITH AN APOSTLE’S
ANOINTING LOOK LIKE?
The church of Antioch in scripture is the first church
to truly model New Testament Christianity. It is the
pattern church birthed from the apostle’s ministry. The
following are characteristics of that church.
1. An Evangelistic Church (Acts 11:19-20) – The
Antioch Church was birthed in the spirit of evangelism
with souls as its goal.
2. A Teaching Church (Acts 11:26; 13:1) – Antioch
was a church committed to the intense training and
discipleship of its members.
3. A Multiracial Church (Acts 11:20; 13:1) – This
church was a blending of races and cultures. The
founders had a very inclusive vision that extended
beyond the Jewish community of that day (Acts 1:8).
We must welcome people of all races.
4. A Team Ministry Church (Acts 13:1) – The Antioch
Church believed in the fivefold ministry and practiced
team ministry. Believers with the gifts of prophecy,
evangelism, pastor, and teacher work together with the
apostle to accomplish kingdom work.
5. A Spirit-Anointed Church (Acts 2:4; 13:2) –
The Antioch Church believed in the power of the
baptism with the Holy Spirit and practiced the gifts of
the Spirit.
6. A Prophetic Church (Acts 11:27-30; 13:2) –
The Antioch Church made a strong place for prophecy
in the church where people received personal ministry
and words from the God.
7. A Generous Church (Acts 11:30; 13:3) –
The Antioch Church was a giving church. An apostolic
church must have a generous spirit through missionary
work, planting churches, reaching out in evangelism,
and providing training programs.
8. A Strong Worshipping Church (Acts 13:2) –
The Antioch Church knew how to minister to (or worship)
the Lord. They knew that a posture of worship was a
continual reminder that Jesus is Lord of the church.
10. A Healing and Deliverance Church
(Acts 14:8-10; Acts 16:14-18) – The Apostles of Antioch
believed in the ministry of healing and deliverance. The
first assignment Jesus gave the 12 was against unclean
spirits (Matthew 10:1). Many people enter the church with
past hurts, wounds, emotional pains, bondages, and
demonic infiltration and will need to be set free of both
physical and emotional sickness.
11. An Equipping Church (Ephesians 4:11-12; Acts
18:11) – The Antioch Church believed that the primary
focus and function of leaders was to raise up, equip, and
release the Body of Christ for ministry. Teaching, giving
understanding, and training are major characteristics of
the apostle’s church.
12. A City Church (Acts 13:44) – The Antioch Church
touched and impacted its city for Christ. It did not limit
itself to just their members. They had a vision for their
city.
13. A World Church (Acts 1:8) – Antioch became
the center for world missions and church planting
teams. They had a vision for their city, which included
Jerusalem, Judea, and other ethnic groups within
their sphere of influence. They took the Gospel to the
uttermost parts of the earth.
14. A House Church Movement – The apostles
did not limit the church to a building. Many people
established homes right in the community where the
people could be reached and use their own gifts. They
worshipped corporately in the temple and in homes
through the week.
World Overcomers Church strives to pattern itself after
the New Testament example of the Antioch Church.
9. A Praying Church (Acts 13:3) – Antioch made it
a priority to set aside seasons of prayer and fasting. It
was the key to the church’s success in the book of Acts.
Prayer neutralizes the demonic kingdom.

THE WOOMC VALUES
The vision of WOOMC is founded and sustained by kingdom values. Therefore,
they are the pattern of God. The following values uphold this local church and are
esteemed very highly in the Lord by the WOOMC family.
CHARACTER OF CHRIST – We do not believe in promoting the person or traditions of any
man or denomination. We believe that the goal of every man and woman should be to strive daily
to form and develop the character of Christ through His teachings
(Romans 8:29; 2 Corinthians 3:18).
CHILDREN’S MINISTRY – We believe that ministry to children should be a high priority. They
are worth our best investment of time, finances, and human resources (Matthew 19:14).
CHURCH PLANTING – We believe in establishing churches in homes, as the New Testament
prescribes. As they begin in small groups and multiply under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, they
will become churches (Matthew 16:18; Ephesians 3:10).
COMMUNITY IMPACT – We believe that the surrounding community must be touched and
impacted for Christ (Luke 10).
DELIVERANCE – We believe in the ministry of deliverance to bring freedom to all who are held
captive by the kingdom of darkness (Mark 16:17; Luke 4:18).
DESTINY – We believe that every believer has a planned destiny for their lives. Our desire and
role is to help people discover, recognize, and fulfill their destinies (Ephesians 1:11).
DISCIPLESHIP – We believe Jesus’ command to teach and make disciples (Matthew 28:19-20).
EMPOWERMENT – We believe in empowering people for life and ministry (Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8).
ENCOUNTERS WITH GOD – Before believers get involved in ministry, we believe they must
have an encounter with God to deal with past hurts, wounds, emotional scars, and unconfessed
sins (Acts 9:3-9; Hebrews 2:6; 1 Peter 2:12).
EQUIPPING FOR MINISTRY – We believe that all believers are called to be equipped and
trained to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:11-12).
EVANGELISM TRAINING – We believe in training believers to win the unsaved, the unchurched,
their family, friends, and loved ones to the Lord (Mark 5:19; 1 Peter 3:15).
EXCELLENCE – We believe in striving for excellence in every aspect of our ministry (Daniel 6:3).
FAMILY – We believe in restoring the moral structure of the family to help build healthy families
(Ephesians 5:22-23; 6:1-4).
FELLOWSHIP – We believe in offering believers opportunities for fellowship (Acts 2:42).
46 | WOOMC DIRECTORY
FIVEFOLD MINISTRY GIFTS – We believe that God’s government within the local church
is comprised of elders who operate in the offices of apostle as head, prophets, evangelists,
pastors, and teachers (Ephesians 4:11).
GIFT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT – We believe that every believer who desires can receive the
gift of the Holy Spirit for power, according to Acts 1:8; 2:4 (Acts 2:4, 38).
GLOBAL IMPACT – We believe that the local church is under obligation to touch the world
for Christ through mission work and giving (Psalm 72:11; 82:8; Matthew 28:19; Revelation 15:4).
HEALING – We believe in the ministry of healing through laying hands on the sick and
anointing with oil (Matthew 8:17; Mark 16:17-18; 1 Peter 2:24).
INTEGRITY – We believe in a ministry of integrity and wholehearted commitment to Christ
(Hebrews 13:18).
LIBERTY – We believe in believers having freedom in their expression of worship and praise,
whether it be lifting hands, clapping, shouting, running, or dancing (2 Corinthians 3:17).
LIFE TRANSFORMATION - We believe in making every effort to see lives transformed by
the Word of God (2 Corinthians 3:18).
MINISTRY OF THE APOSTLES – Apostles are sent ones called to send others into their
destiny and calling (Acts 2:42; Ephesians 2:20).
PRAISE AND WORSHIP – We believe in establishing an atmosphere for God to manifest
Himself through strong praise and worship (John 4:24; Hebrews 13:15).
PRAYER – We believe that prayer is vital for success in life, ministry, and church. Prayer at
WOOMC includes prayer for the sick, intercessory prayer, corporate prayer, prayer and fasting,
and spiritual warfare (Luke 18:1; Ephesians 6:10-18; 1 Peter 4:7).
PREACHING – We believe in the preaching of God’s Word (Mark 16:15; Romans 10:15).
PROPHECY – We believe in ministering and training believers in personal prophecy to
receive a present, now word from God to understand His will for their lives
(1 Corinthians 14:4, 31).
SERVING – We believe in offering many opportunities to serve God in the ministry of helps
(Ephesians 6:6; Colossians 3:22-25).

WOOMC INVITATION TO RECEIVE CHRIST
PRAYER OF SALVATION
Heavenly Father,
I acknowledge and recognize that I am a sinner. I believe that
Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior and that God raised Him from the
dead. Today I repent and decide to turn from my old lifestyle.
Thank You for forgiving me of all my sins. Jesus, come into my
heart and help me be the person you want me to be. I am saved.
If I died tonight, heaven would be my home. In Jesus’ name.
Amen.

You are here on earth for a specific purpose.
God has designed you for a special assignment.
God has a ministry for you to fulfill (Luke 16:10, 12).
You have a destiny in God.
God created everything to solve a problem on earth.
Somebody needs you today.
ou are somebody else’s reward.
You have been assigned to a group of people somewhere.
Look for opportunities to heal, strengthen and bless others.
The Creator has already decided what He has intended for you to become.
You must seek the Creator to know how and for what you were created.
EVERY BELIEVER IS A MINISTER
Biblical proofs that God has called all believers to ministry:
1. God is restoring the priesthood of the believer (1 Peter 2:5, 9).
2. God gives gifts to all believers for a reason (Romans 12:6-7). God gives gifts to bless others.
3. God would not have given gifts to believers unless He intended them to be used to minister
to others.
4. God’s original intent has always been that His people be used to minister (Exodus 19:6).
5. Believers are called ministers of the New Covenant (2 Corinthians 3:6).
6. Believers are called ministers of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18).
7. Believers are saved for a holy calling (2 Timothy 1:9).
8. The believer is God’s workmanship created for good works
(Ephesians 2:10).
9. The believer is commissioned by Jesus to go and preach (witness) the Gospel, cast out
demons, minister the Holy Ghost, lay hands on the sick, teach faith and minister the Word
(Mark 16:15-20).
God has a process for you to go through that will involve every step you will need to find
your purpose or destiny. World Overcomers will equip, teach, train and carry you through
our discipleship process that will release you into that destiny. You can go as far as you want
to go and stop at any point. Complete your basic discipleship with the Diamond Makers
Discipleship Manual.

Our Heavenly Father calls all believers treasures in earthen vessels
(2 Corinthians 4:7). Like the diamond, God takes us through a process. We are
pulled out of darkness. He saves us then allows us
to go through time, heat and pressure.
Then He shapes us into a RADIANT, SHINING, BEAUTIFUL diamond.
At World Overcomers Church, our call is to help bring forth the diamond in you
and then help you become a DIAMOND MAKER.
