Join us for the 10th annual Eagle Landing Easter Celebration. We will have the entertaining Easter egg
hunt separated by age groups throughout the amenity
property as well as the Little Ones Petting Zoo, pony
carousel, bounce house, face painting, games, light
snacks and refreshments.
The Easter Bunny will also be in attendance.

This is such a special surprise every year when the
Easter Bunny makes rounds to your house for a special
Easter basket delivery. We offer baskets for toddlers (3
& up) and kids (4 - 11). Advanced sign up and payment is required no later than Monday, March 21st.

COMMUNITY GARAGE SALE
Saturday, April 9th

$5 Registration Fee
Individual garage sales will be permitted this date only
- provided your address is registered with the Athletic
Center. We’ll place signage all over Oakleaf and service roads as well as advertising on social media and
craigslist. An ‘official’ balloon to mark your mailbox
will be handed out at the Athletic Center beginning at
7am on sale morning. Sale maps with registered homes
clearly marked will be handed out near the entrance
starting at 7:45am. Registrations received after 5pm on
April 7th will not appear on the map.

8th ANNUAL EAGLE LANDING TENNIS CLASSIC
The Eagle Landing Tennis Classic is one of the stops on the
United States Tennis Association’s Professional Circuit. The Pro
Circuit consists of Futures, Challenger, and Tour Events.
Our event is the only professional tennis tournament in Jacksonville. Players from over all over the world come to Eagle Landing
to compete for valuable ATP World Ranking Points. Many of
these players go on to play in the US Open at the end of the year,
then on to successful professional careers.

IN THE KNOW
The conclusion of the Employee/Member Cup took
place January 31st with the members
defending their title from the previous year. Final
score Members 14 1/2, Employees 13 1/2. The
employees will be looking for redemption next year.
Thank you to all Members & Employees who made
this event a success.
March will bring some warmer weather and some
great events. The start of the Men’s & Women’s
Match play championship will headline our events
in the coming months. Defending Champions Rick
Smith and Gaynell Smith will look to defend the
their title.
Now with winter behind us, it’s a great time to get
out and get your game in shape! Stop by the golf
shop to schedule a lesson with one of our professionals or for tournament updates. . The course will
be busy with events and regular play over the next
few months, please be sure to call the golf shop to
set up a tee time, they will go fast!

Committee members review all exterior changes to property including: landscaping, fencing, screen enclosures, pools,
satellite dishes, fountains, exterior color changes (entire house or just the front door), pergolas, gazebos, ornamental
exterior furnishings, etc. All changes must be submitted and approved prior to construction start. Forms and more

Failure to obtain ARC approval may result in unnecessary costs to the homeowner.

The SVCDD is responsible for all the common areas within Eagle Landing. From the entrance waterfall feature, to
the neighborhood playgrounds, neighborhood signage and of course, the swim park, lake house, athletic center, tennis
courts, and the Village Green amphitheater. Issues concerning these areas may be directed to any of the board members.

Eagle Landing Homeowners’ Association
The HOA is responsible for the enforcement of the recorded Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R), ensuring all homeowners follow the CC&Rs such as: properly storing garbage cans & recycling receptacles when not in use,
boats, jets skis, trailers, campers, etc. should be stored in a the garage, maintenance of yards, vegetation control, excess
debris, signage unless approved by the ARC, etc.
