Optimal efficiencies are achieved by selecting an
appropriate combination of impellers and diffusers
for an ideal fit to your process requirement.
A unique feature of our multi-stage pumps is the SIHI
patented drum-and-disc style of axial thrust balancing. Our
MSL, MSM, and MSC series pumps employ a device that
reduces bypass flow to an absolute minimum, while avoiding
susceptibility to long term wear-sensitive clearances.
With pressures up to 160 bar (2350 psi), the MSH range of
pumps accommodates axial thrust through a combined
balance drum and disc design. Lift-off device options are
available for applications with frequent stop-starts.
