Mckee’s Brasserie will seat up to 60 guests and accommodate 120 guests for the evening buffet with room for a disco. We can also offer special rates for your guests who wish to stay over. Enclosed is a selection of suggested menus for both the wedding breakfast and buffet. However, should you wish to discuss further options we will be pleased to tailor a menu to meet with your specific requirements. Our comprehensive wine list offers a superb selection of wines and champagnes from the finest vineyards around the world and we can offer advice on selecting wines to compliment your choice of menu. Menu and Drinks Information Menu The enclosed menus are specially designed by our Head Chef to present a balance of flavour and presentation. Should you wish to discuss further options we will be pleased to tailor a menu to meet with your specific requirements? To ensure complete success of your event we ask that you choose a selection of § 1 starter 1 main course and 1 dessert from your chosen menu. Vegetarian options are included and can be added as an additional choice and pre ­ ordered as required. Special dietary requirements We can also cater for special dietary requirements providing we are notified prior to event. Children Between the age of 5 and 12 years old may receive half portions at half the standard price. Children under the age of 5 years old are free. Buffet Menus Finger and Fork buffet options are enclosed and again these have been designed to offer a balance and presentation of flavours. Desserts may be added to further enhance your choice and are priced accordingly. Prices quoted are per person. Tea and coffee Are charged as extra £1.75 per serving or £2.60 for tea, coffee and petit fours Bar drinks If you prefer to pay for all drinks from the bar we can arrange for all drinks to be added to your account. Alternatively you may wish to allocate an agreed amount to be allowed and when this figure is reached guests can then purchase their own drinks. Please note that young persons under the age of 18 years are not allowed by law, to purchase alcohol or soft drinks from the bar. Accommodation rates The following rates are available to your guests – subject to availability Superior Double room £85 Double or Twin bedded rooms £65 Single bedded rooms £55 Rates quoted are per room and inclusive of Bed, Breakfast and VAT The hotel has 22 bedrooms, all with private bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities, colour television, hairdryer and direct dial telephone. We can also offer travel cots and Z beds for children sharing a room with parents – subject to availability. Guests are advised to reserve rooms well in advance. Guest’s name, contact details and a credit card number is required to secure a reservation. You will receive a confirmation of your booking. Room accounts are payable on departure. Cancellation charges apply to rooms cancelled less than 1 week prior to arrival Free on site car parking is available.

Terms and conditions 1) All bookings will be considered provisional until the hotel receives written confirmation and a non refundable deposit of £350. 2) Cancellation of a confirmed booking must be given in writing. 3) In the event of cancellation then the charges will be calculated on the following basis :­ Period of cancellation notice 12 Calendar months or more: Non­refundable deposit Between 6 and 12 calendar months 25% of balance quoted Between 2 and 6 calendar months 50% of balance quoted 2 calendar months or less: 100% balance quoted 4) If the hotel is successful in replacing a cancelled function with a similar event, then the cancellation charges may be waived. 5) On receipt of the deposit the booking is deemed confirmed. 6) Full payment of the balance will be required 14 days prior to the event. Any further expenses incurred on the day must be settled on departure. 7) The company shall not be liable for any breach of the terms and conditions or delay or failure in providing services as a result of causes beyond its reasonable control, including (but not limited to) floods, fire, strikes, shortages of labour or food supplies, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company which shall prevent it from carrying out it’s obligations with regard to any booking. 8) The client shall be responsible to the Company for any damage caused to any of the allocated rooms or their furnishings, or to the hotel generally by any act. The client will pay to the Company the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage. 9) Final details must be received at least 2 weeks prior to event. The hotel will accept a reduction of up to 10% of numbers originally booked.
