perhaps homemade cake or soup at midday? Schwaigerhof cooks
regional and international dishes, serving our local heritage, from
grandma’s egg-noodle Spätzle to wild game meat from our own

Mountain Go-kart
The Mountain Go-kart ride down “Hochwurzenstrasse” road
is a truly unique attraction for young and old. The descent is a
wonderful way to get close to nature while enjoying a thrilling
7-kilometre descent.
The Stoderzinken zip-line
The Stoderzinken zip-line is a sure highlight of any adventure
holiday. As the longest zip-line in Europe, it drops from a height of
1,600 m to 900 m. The 65 km/h flight carries you above the valley
with an extraordinary, new perspective. Once you take off, you will
feel as free as a bird in flight.
Canyoning
Canyoning is a guaranteed adrenaline rush for adventurous spirits.
Here, you can rappel from thundering waterfalls up to 30 metres
high while enjoying the breathtaking scenery of natural Alpine
gorges.

Located directly next to the Ski World Championship venue of
Schladming and Haus im Ennstal is the Golf and Country Club
Dachstein Tauern, designed by Bernhard Langer and also known as
the “Pebble Beach of the Alps”. As a member of the Leading Golf
Courses of Austria, the golf course offers the perfect conditions, for

activities programme are what it is all about. All around the
Schwaigerhof Hotel, there is more than enough room for young

Your room will be ready at 3 pm and we request that you leave
the room by 11 am on the day of your departure. (Please inform
us by telephone if you will arrive later than 7 pm.)
Price reduction for a room with breakfast: € 10.– per adult per
day, € 5.– per child per day from the half-board’s price. (No
discount available for package offers.)

For confirmed reservations, we request a deposit payment of
€ 250.– per room (€ 500.– for family apartments) via bank transfer
within two weeks, to our account at Hypo Bank Schladming:
(IBAN: AT43 5600 0206 5301 2900, BIC CODE: HYSTAT2G).
Court of jurisdiction is Schladming/Austria. Unless otherwise
indicated, the Austrian Hotel Industry Terms and Conditions will
apply to all reservations.
Cancellation conditions
For stays cancelled 8 weeks or more in advance, we will refund your
down payment minus a processing fee of € 30.–. For cancellations
after 8 weeks before the scheduled arrival, the down payment will
not be refunded. In the event that your holiday must be cancelled
within 3 weeks of your arrival date, we must charge you the amount
of the booking minus meal costs of € 18.– per person per day. This
also applies in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Payment
We generally recommend payments be made using a MAESTRO card
(for Austria, Germany and The Netherlands), or in cash! We accept the
following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard (Diners Club).
Holiday cancellation insurance
And what if something happens in the meantime? You will receive
an information brochure from our partner, European Travel Insu­
rance, with your reservation confirmation. We recommend that
you take advantage of comprehensive trip and holiday insurance.

Hotel Schwaigerhof is not a fan of competition and haste, however
no where else allows such fast access to the skiing slopes.
From your room to the snow in record time! The lower slope goes
right by the hotel and you can see the ski school from the sun
terrace. Strap on your skis and head out (with a ski helmet) – right
to the lifts with access to four-mountain ski area in the heart of the
“Amadé Sports World”. In addition, you will be well taken care
of as far as wellness is concerned: The spacious pool and sauna
areas, and the new beauty studio help get you going in no time flat.

The Hotel Schwaigerhof is situated in the middle of the fourmountain ski area, a contiguous region of slopes and lifts operating
together as Ski amadé. The ski pass is valid for 860 kilometres of slopes
covering every degree of difficulty. Right outside the hotel entrance,
the Rohrmoos slope opens the door to a winter day full of fun and
adventure. Guests can enjoy the simplicity of leaving the car off all
day: the slopes are waiting right out the door with no need to travel
anywhere. And families have everything they need too – because the
ski school is just a few metres away from the Schwaigerhof Hotel and
boasts its very own kids’ lift. Everything is in place for optimum care
and instruction for beginners and advanced skiers. There is plenty of
TIME for everything: unplugging, relaxing, getting active, letting your
