Graduation 2013 Changes at FBI Milwaukee Division On Friday, December 20, 2013, Acting SAC Chris Combs announced that Chief Inspector Robert J. Shields from FBI Headquarters was selected by Director Comey to be the next Special Agent in Charge in Milwaukee. The new SAC Shields said, “I’m very excited for the opportunity to work with the great people and strong programs of the Milwaukee Division.” The FBI Milwaukee Citizens Academy Alumni Association would like to thank Acting SAC Combs for his support of the Citizens Academy program and his leadership during a time of transition in the Milwaukee Division. Please join us in wishing him the best! We also say goodbye to Assistant Special Agent in Charge Steve Conley who has been named Section Chief of the Field Intelligence Management Section at FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. effective February 1, 2014. ASAC Conley has been a strong supporter of the CA Program, and we also wish him the best!
