Wherever you’re going, you and the all-new 2016 Honda HR-V will share a lot
of adventures together. When you’re ready for them to begin, the tough part
won’t be deciding who you can bring or what you can pack, it’ll be figuring out
where to go next. The HR-V combines the look and feel of a car with the comfort,
space and versatility of a small SUV. Going on a road trip or moving something
big? The HR-V’s class-leading cargo space1 makes everything you bring seem a
little smaller. When you hit the road, you’ll drive a little easier knowing that its
available Real Time AWD™ is engineered to automatically engage when you need
it. Combine its available continuously variable transmission (CVT) with available
paddle shifters and you get a vehicle that loves highways, the city, the country
and pretty much anywhere you want to go, but is still fuel-conscious. It gets fuel
economy ratings of as low as 8.3/6.7/7.6 L/100 km2 (City/Highway/Combined;
CVT FWD trims). Every drive is going to feel shorter now that you’re cruising to
the music you love with the people you want in your life. Inside, the HR-V is full of
standard and available tech features to help you get the most out of your drive.

still tons of breathing room. Inside, there’s room for five. But if you put the
HR-V’s seats down, there’s room for you, someone else, some boxes, plants
and groceries. With three storage modes, the 60/40 Split 2nd-Row Magic Seat®
makes it easy to find room for pretty much anything in your life, now and later.
If you’re travelling with four passengers, the available roof rails will come in
handy. Your passengers will thank you when they don’t have to sit with anything
on their laps. Just as your life changes, the HR-V changes with you.
Utility Mode
Say goodbye to buyer’s remorse when
you don’t have to return something you
bought because it won’t fit. When the
seats are down, utility mode gives you up
to 1,665 litres of cargo space (LX FWD and
EX FWD trims) to pack just about anything
you might need to move.
Long Mode
Astonish everyone who watches you unload it. Headed up to the cottage or down to
the water? Just recline the front passenger seat and then fold down the right side of the
rear seat to slide it in a kayak* and some extra cargo you’re bringing. Plus, if you’re going
to hit the slopes or the waves, you’ll have plenty of room for a snowboard or surfboard.

Yes, there’s even standing room. When
you’re not comfortable laying something
down, the rear seats fold up for you to
convieniently fit a wide array of cargo like
a tall plant or some unassembled furniture.**

and the terrain or weather changes, the HR-V’s available Real Time AWD™ helps you
stay grounded. Whether it’s rainy, icy, sleety or sunny, the system is engineered to sense
loss of traction and transfer power to the rear wheels. Under the hood, the HR-V’s
engine delivers power with the tap of your foot to help you enjoy a very responsive drive
inbetween ‘A’ to ‘B’. If you love shifting gears, its 6-speed manual transmission (MT) is
for you. If you want both hands on the wheel, grab hold of the available continuously
variable transmission (CVT) with available paddle shifters. Plus, when you add in the
Eco Assist™ system into the mix, you get a vehicle designed with fuel-efficiency in
