NFC Technology • • • NFC - Near Field Communication is the technology upon which is based the sw application contained in the mobile phone SIM card. Features of SMART services E-ticketing and micropayments, not only for mobility and transportation (parking, public transport, taxis, road pricing, ...), but for the whole suite of services provided by the smart city (theatres, museums, shows..) User profiling for the provision of personalized services in Push / Pull mode: alert for traffic info, events, tourism, emergency Digital identity and Remote Tracking for Location Based Services: local infomobility, local advertising, point of interest, ... Specific services for pedestrians, cyclists, people with reduced mobility, vision, .. The interoperability of applications and objects The standardization starts from the implementation of an application framework on which will be possible to build SMART Applications and SMART Objects.
