Paint the bottom of the cone
with brown matt A-Color craft
paint (for the body) and red
matt A-Color paint at the top
(for the hat). Leave to dry.
Make the feet, the nose, the
eyes and a tassel for the hat
from Silk Clay. Push all the
parts onto the the cone –
without using glue.

Antlers: Print out and cut out
the template which is available
as a separate PDF file for this
idea. Draw the outline of the
template onto foam rubber
and cut out. Use a glue gun for
attaching the antlers to the
cone.
Reindeer made from
Papier-Mâché Cones, Silk
Clay and Foam Rubber
These two reindeer are each made from a
papier-mâché cones. Feet, noses, eyes and a
tassel at the top are all made from Silk Clay and
pushed onto the cone. The antlers are cut out
from foam rubber and attached onto the cone
with glue.
