THE ARID ZONES CLUSTER
A cloud of semi transparent cylinders hanging from
the reticular ceiling, generates a sand /dust storm
effect,
to communicate an unexpected and only apparent
aridity
Image of the concept project from “Cluster International Workshop”
THE ARID ZONES CLUSTER
Eight pavilions, like stones in a sand or dust
tempest, emerge in the lower part of the fuzzy
landscape.
A view approaching from the Decumano: the eight pavilions appear in stone/crystal shape and earth colors.
THE ARID ZONES CLUSTER
The pavilions create a cluster, where 21.000 semi
transparent cylinders cover a public space in the center
with
exhibits, events, market and places for food.
View from est to the Arid Zones Cluster on the dates market and showcases side.
THE ARID ZONES CLUSTER
The public space is an exhibit itself: the hanged cloud
of cilynders convey the concept of arid zones.
