CARCASE COLOURS
Ambiance Bain furniture is manufactured from several
different board and foil materials, which are sourced from
varying eco friendly European suppliers. Whilst every effort
is made to find materials with matching colour and grain
patterns it is inevitable that there will be some shade and
pattern differences between different materials advertised
as the same colour. Wood grain pattern orientations may
differ on tall units, fillers, bath panels and plinths due to the
dimensional limitations of the raw materials used.
All doors, drawers and fascias are made independently. No
grain patterns or designs continue from one fascia to another, in any direction, on any Ambiance Bain units. Every
Ambiance Bain retailer has samples of all material finishes
available for your perusal and approval. Please ensure that
you are happy with any and all colour, grain and shade
matches prior to ordering your furniture.

QUALITY FURNITURE
All Ambiance Bain furniture is delivered assembled and fitted with
the latest generation of runners and hinges incorporating built-in
soft close features. The edges are applied using laser technology to
ensure an impeccable quality finish.The high-quality raw materials are
selected from the ranges of the very best European manufacturers
and are subject to strict controls. The SMOTM Synthetic Resin
worktops and showers are individually manufactured and benefit
from special care during all phases of production in accordance with
industrial best practices.

For a number of years we have proposed an exclusive solution
to create bathrooms in a single material and colour using our
antibacterial synthetic resin under the brand SMOTM. An ideal
moulded material for worktops, basins, bath decks, shower trays and
wall panels: an innovative concept.

to clean. SMOTM is hygienic. Antibacterial treatment is used for

For complete renovation of a bathroom, SMOTM offers great flexibility
for adapting to the constraints of the environment encountered. It is
extremely easy to finish pipe boxing ducts and angles.
Installation without screeds or prior preparation simplifies work which can
often be difficult, while saving drying time and labour costs.
Angle cuts can be performed directly on site, because SMOTM can be easily
cut and drilled. No grout joints to be created or cleaned.

ANTIMIST MIRRORS
In order to allow the continual use of the mirror in the bathroom after taking a shower or bath many
of our mirrors come complete with or may be fitted with our ANTIMIST heated pads (40 x 30 cm).
These low energy electric pads are connected to your lighting circuit and heat a section of your mirror
from behind when your lights are turned on. This helps prevent an area of your mirror from steaming
up with condensation.This allows the application of make-up or shaving in your bathroom immediately
after a bath or shower.

The fitted furniture range from Ambiance Bain is one of
the most comprehensive on the market, featuring a wide

to have a truly unique made-to-measure bathroom. Fitted
bathroom furniture offers plenty of practical storage as well as
hiding all the plumbing behind units and plinth when required.
PLAN THE LAYOUT
Draw a plan of your room including all doors, windows and
existing plumbing then position the various units within the
available space. Do not forget that by adding large mirrors
the feeling of space in small rooms will increase. Inspiration
can be found within the different room type sections and
with the roomset plan examples on the following pages.

CHOOSE A DOOR STYLE
Ambiance Bain offers eight different door designs for you to
choose from. So whether you are looking for a contemporary
or classic bathroom, there is something for you. Please note
that the name refers to the door design, not its colour. All
door styles are available in many different colours.
CHOOSE A WORKTOP
Ambiance Bain offers two types of worktops, synthetic resin
or laminate. Synthetic resin worktops feature an integrated
basin and are moulded into one piece. Available with or
without upstand, they provide a smooth, durable finish that is
easy to clean with a guarantee against any water infiltration.
Laminate worktops are a more affordable option, yet they
are also made of water resistant material and are available
with or without upstand.
CHOOSE THE COLOUR/HANDLE
All door styles are available in a number of different colours.
Complement your colour choice with a matching handle or
knob.Then worktop colours can be chosen to either contrast
or complement the door colour accordingly (see pages 104

We recommend the use of a super slim self sealing waste trap with
all basin units (ref: SSTRAP).
ORDERING
It is imperative that all sizes, dimensions and product selections
are confirmed prior to placing any order for Ambiance Bain
products. Due to modern computer controlled industrial
manufacturing systems, once ordered the unit sizes, colours and
any other specification cannot be altered or cancelled under any
circumstances. Ambiance Bain will supply your units to the original
order and specification supplied. No liability can be taken for any
ordered units or handles fitting and working in any specific room
or layout.This is the responsibility of the layout designer and retailer.
Ambiance Bain makes every effort to supply all goods within normal
lead times. However any specified delivery date is approximate and
forms no part of any contract.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs are included for all orders over £500 (UK Mainland).
For all other orders a carriage charge calculated according to the
delivery address will be added.
GUARANTEE
We guarantee all Ambiance Bain units for 5 years upon completion of
our guarantee registration form (1 year for all electrical items, mirrors,
WC frames and ancillary items not manufactured by ourselves)
against all manufacturing defects acknowledged by our company
when used in a domestic situation within our care and installation
guidelines.
Our furniture will deteriorate through excessive water spillage
or heavy condensation. We do not guarantee any units fitted
within a bathroom that is not well ventilated and fitted with
a time delayed or humidistat controlled extractor fan. All
furniture must be protected with shower/bath enclosures
and all exposed parts must be dried off with a suitable
cloth/towel after being used. Products must be installed and cared
for in line with our latest guidelines, local water bylaws and any
other relevant regulations. The guarantee does not apply to any
products that have been misused, abused or installed outside of
our installation guidelines. In the unlikely event that the product fails
within the guarantee period, we will provide a replacement part (or
nearest currently available equivalent). Liability is limited to individual
products and does not cover any consequential loss/damage or
any further fitting/refitting costs or financial compensation. The
customer will be required to pay for the installation cost of any
replacement parts.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
All items must be inspected for any incorrect ordering, transit
damage or manufacturing faults before removing existing services
in the bathroom as any replacement parts required will inevitably
require remanufacture and transportation from our continental
factories, which will involve unavoidable time delays. Whilst
Ambiance Bain make every effort to supply perfect goods within
normal delivery lead times, we will not be held responsible for any
delayed or incomplete installation costs or inconvenience caused.
Installation of any Ambiance Bain products will be considered
as acceptance of the specification, quality and finish of the said
merchandise by the consumer. It is imperative that your Ambiance
Bain units are installed by a qualified professional bathroom installer.
All electrical items must be tested prior to installation as liability is
limited to replacement items only. We do not recommend the use
of any chemical cleaning or other products with our furniture. We
only recommend the use of mild soapy water and a soft lint free
cloth. Suitable silicone type seals must be put in place to protect
all worktop, mirror and unit edges from water ingress. N.B. Mirrors
require a special mirror safe sealant as normal silicone sealant will
damage the silvering on the rear of mirrors.

CARCASE COLOURS
Ambiance Bain furniture is manufactured from several
different board and foil materials, which are sourced from
varying eco friendly European suppliers. Whilst every effort
is made to find materials with matching colour and grain
patterns it is inevitable that there will be some shade and
pattern differences between different materials advertised
as the same colour. Wood grain pattern orientations may
differ on tall units, fillers, bath panels and plinths due to the
dimensional limitations of the raw materials used.
All doors, drawers and fascias are made independently. No
grain patterns or designs continue from one fascia to another, in any direction, on any Ambiance Bain units. Every
Ambiance Bain retailer has samples of all material finishes
available for your perusal and approval. Please ensure that
you are happy with any and all colour, grain and shade
matches prior to ordering your furniture.
