Porch Railings
•
White or Almond to match trim
•
Wood or Vinyl clad (samples on Elyria Fence.com)
Step Hand Rails
•
Front or Rear Step Hand Rails – Either one or two rails may be installed
•
White/Almond, Simple Style, Iron Hand Rails from Elyria Concrete Step
•
White/Almond, Simple Style, vinyl clad wood hand rails that match the porch
rails
•
White/Almond, Simple Style Aluminum hand rails available from Superior
Aluminum Products and installed by General Awning Company (7/12/16).
Homeowner Responsibility
•
Homeowner assumes all liability for installation, maintenance and repair.
•
A copy of your complete Modification Request will be placed in resident’s
permanent file.
•
Homeowner must contact Information Center when project is complete so a
committee member can do a final inspection.
•
Resident should keep a copy in their homeowner records.
