The new line of Extruders ID 15 Mini has been designed in order to satisfy the necessity to
apply small quantities of plastic materials hard to process. Adhesives like polyamide and
polyester are a tipical example: they tend to oxidize in contact with oxygen, changing the
cohesion and viscosity of the product.
Mini Extruders are particularly suitable for little laboratory productions and nowadays
they are considered a “must” on the market, especially for obtaining optimal production
conditions, ensuring high and constant quality of the product.

The Extruders ID 15 Mini make the difference thanks for
their flexibility and high performances; they are the best
solution for adapting the own manufacture process to the
various productive purposes.

In addition, the Extruders ID 15 Mini supply:
1) Water cooling System.
2) Dosage Station provided with one or two pumps, starting
up by means of CA Motors, controlled by vector inverter.
3) High-precision control System of the pressure/basis
weight of the output product.
