Agenda Overview of 2014 Operational Plans for 2015 and Beyond The year 2014 was another challenging year, which was reflected in the Group’s Net Profit and its Operating Income GROUP Net Profit 2014 2013 Change $3.1m $5.7m -46% Income $380m $348m 9% Operating Expenses $384m $350m 10% . Cess Revenue declined from 24% of the total Group revenue in 2013 to 20% in 2014. Net Profit declined by $3 million due mainly to the reduction in market transactions, which impacted revenue, a reduction in interest income and an increase in expenditure. With the exception of cess and interest income all other revenue/income groups increased over the previous period. Movement of the market indices for the last 5 years (2010 – 2014) Total Volume Traded Average Daily Volume Total Value Traded Average Daily Value Approval for IDB/MIF on US$1.1m project for the Junior Market Business Continuity Plan (BCP) documentation complete. Implementation largely effected.
