Registration for Individuals: The rest of your registration paperwork from the check list #’s 2, 3, 6, and 8 (# 8
is actually the Announcers Info Sheet and #9 does not exist) must be checked in at the following time:
Thursday, August 6th at the show site, in the tent, from 12 noon – 7:30pm
Friday, August 7th at the show site, in the tent, from 8:00 – 9:00am
Doubles and Swivel: Please make sure to have the appropriate number of copies (15) of your trick list to hand
in at check-in.
NEW Proof of Membership: Some of you have done this already but…all individual competitors and
anyone used in the competition area for any competitor MUST provide a copy of their USA WS membership.
We will also need Drivers Certification proof for all drivers used. We will NOT accept “It’s with my team stuff”,
I need a full set for each competitor. This can be done by providing a copy of your card or a copy of the USA
WS team roster with the names used highlighted. Both of these can be found on the USA WS website under
the member sign-in area. The reasoning for this is when USA WS went to a date to date membership, instead
of Jan 1 – Dec 31; we need to see renewal dates. If you are unsure of what you need please contact me at the
number or e-mail below.

Individual Event Competition day will start promptly at 10:00am Friday, August 7, 2015.
Should there be delays and the Events are not finished we will finish in order on Saturday and/or Sunday from
7:00am-8:00am.
We will follow all NSSA rules for Nationals Individual Events Competition.
No Music Lists will be required for Individual Events competition.

Registration for Teams: All tournament registration paperwork that has not been previously turned in may be turned in
on Thursday, August 7th from 12 noon – 7:30pm otherwise MUST be turned in at the Team Reps Mandatory meeting
with the Chief Judge that is scheduled for 9:00am on Friday, August 7th at the tent on site. Please remember the
appropriate number of copies for all paperwork per the Checklist. The Tournament Chairperson will check in paperwork
but it is your responsibility to check with the tournament chair to see if your paperwork is complete.
Failure to have a Team Rep at the Mandatory Chief Judges meeting will result in an Automatic Penalty of 50% of the
entry Fee being assesses to your Team!
The Team competition will start promptly at 7:30am each day with the 20 minute set-up time.
This tournament follows all NSSA rules.
Weather Delays: Rule: 4.03: Provisions for Weather Delays shall be specified in the tournament announcement.
The schedule of teams after a delay will be as follows:
1. We will ski to the end of the day as boating laws permit, regarding daylight and safety. Special events will be
preempted.
2. We will begin the next day with the next team in the running order from the previous day. The starting time
of the Tournament may be adjusted to start earlier in the day for the purpose of getting back on schedule.
3. If the Tournament cannot be finished as scheduled, an additional day (s) may be added (Monday) with
teams to ski to finish the original running order.
4. If the Events Competition is delayed and cannot be made up during the Tournament, it will be completed
starting at 7:00am-8:00am Saturday and/or Sunday before the shows start.
