La Perla has taken 3,200 square feet at 434 West Broadway. Patagonia is making a major statement in the city with a two-level space at 414 West 14th Street and a unit at 313 Bowery. Owen’s emerging designers and Hanro of Switzerland share 809 Washington Street. Oscar de la Renta will double the size of its flagship at 772 Madison Avenue. Yigal Azrouël relocated from the Meatpacking District to 1011 Madison Avenue. Belgian sportswear maker Sarah Pacini opened its first U.S. boutique at 350 Bleecker Street.
