CADDY RACK HARDWARE TOOLS REQUIRED PARTS A x4 A B x4 C x2 MEDALLION x1 D x2 RE D TH RE A BACKING PLATE x1 DL OC KE R TINES x2 3/16" Allen Key 5/32" Allen Key 3/32" Allen Key ***BOARD RACK BUNGEE CORD AND CLIP NOT ILLUSTRATED FOR IMAGE CLARITY*** ***UNIVERSAL CLAMP SOLD SEPARATELY*** Apply RED Loctite to 4 (A) bolts and assemble the tines to the backing plate. Left Tine B Test fit the clamp to your tower and rotate the rotational disc so that the rack will be as close to horizontal as possible when assembled. 3/16" C E Right Tine Depending on the tubing diameter of your tower, place the proper size plastic insert into the clamp, 1.9’’ or 2.375’’. (1.6”,2.0” and 2.5” are available upon request). Apply RED Loctite to 4 (B) bolts and sssemble the backing plate to the universal clamp. D F Tighten the clamp around the tubing. Apply RED Loctite to the clamp bolts and fasten the clamp into position on the tube. Apply RED Loctite to the clamp set screw and tighten. 3/16" THREADLOCKER A x4 THREADLOCKER Horizontal Apply RED Loctite to both (C) locking pins and insert into the back of the medallion. 5/32" C x2 3/32" THREADLOCKER B x4 THREADLOCKER Alternate View Rev. 24-Feb-11 Pg. 1/2 G Position Medallion on backing plate using the locking pins as guides. H Apply RED Loctite to both (D) set screws, hold the medallion in place and insert the 2 set screws through the top of the backing plate. D x2 3/32" THREADLOCKER TOP VIEW CAUTION When attaching or removing the board rack strap be sure you have a good grip on the clip. Clip and strap may be under tension and could cause injury.
