Important Rules
FINANCIAL AID REPEAT COURSE POLICY
The Department of Education has set a limit on the
number of times a course can be repeated before it is
excluded from a student’s enrollment status for financial
aid purposes. Once a student receives passing credit for
a course, that course can only be repeated one more time
to be included in the enrollment status for a financial aid
disbursement. For purposes of this regulation, a “passing
grade” is considered a D- or better. Any course for which
a student is enrolling for a third time after having received
a passing grade will not be included in the enrollment
status for financial aid purposes.
HIGH SCHOOL
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE NOTE: The restriction applies only
to instances when the student receives
a passing grade for the course; students

failed or withdrawn course until a passing
grade is received. Once a passing grade is
received, the above policy will apply.
