GOLF GREEN
PolyTurf presents a select variety of synthetic turf - Luxury Lite, so full and life-like,
it could easily be mistaken for the real thing. The thick, plush synthetic grass fibers
are multi-colored, which adds dimension, characterizing the most natural looking
lawn. These dense blades give a cushioned and comfortable feeling beneath the foot.
Specified as 2” height, 75 oz., non-infill, polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer
and includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology. Available with a natural tan thatch
option.
Offered as an extension of Luxury Lite, the Luxury Lite Natural option is a true development in artificial turf technology. A tan yarn fiber is weaved into the thatch, creating the
look of “dormant grass”, which may be desirable if you want the most realistic synthetic
grass on the market. Available in multiple fiber weights.
Luxury Lawn comes highly recommended as one of our top-of-the line and specially
developed landscaping grasses. It defies conventional grass applications, where lush
greenery is desired but not easily attained, such as shaded, muddy yards, on walls
and rooftops, or around pools and playgrounds. Minimum maintenance alternatives
provide the ultimate solution to utilizing open space in site development. Specified as

Nanobac anti-bacterial technology. Features Cool Reflect technology that reduces
heat absorption by 20ºf.
For the green builders, Royal Deluxe eliminates most urban runoff concerns and is
a colorful xeriscape selection. Royal Deluxe is often installed on city streetscapes,
medians, sloped yards, rooftops, decks or around pools. The mid length yarn fibers
appear to be like a fresh cut, well maintained natural lawn, without the additional costs
of watering, mowing, or re-seeding. Royal Deluxe is a darker fescue color for a deep
rich lawn.specified as 1½” pile height, 55 oz., non-infill polyethylene fiber blades with a
thatch layer and includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology.
Like Royal Deluxe, Garden Grass is also a LEED rated, durable and cost-effective
synthetic grass product. The perforations allow for rapid drainage and may be
considered one of the Best Management Practices to controlling storm water run
off, The mid length blade height assists in filtering sediments and particulates, are
easy clean, yet add resilience in high traffic areas. Includes Nanobac anti-bacterial
technology within the blades and backing. Specified as 1½” height, 55 oz., non-infill,
polyethylene fiber blades with a thatch layer.
Active Pet & Play’s short, light weight yarn fibers make this the easiest product to
rake and hose down when cleaning with PolyTurf Refresh. Outdoor areas for children
or pets provided by schools & daycares, apartment complexes & HOA’s, vet clinics
& dog parks, all benefit from the savings on this low cost alternative. Contains
Nanobac anti-bacterial technology to protect against contaminants and viruses. For
safety, we recommend to install a rubberized or foam safety layer beneath the grass
in fall zones. Specified as 11/8” height, 48 oz., non-infill, polyethylene fiber blades with
a thatch layer. Features Cool Reflect technology that reduces heat absorption by 20ºf.
Just like any grass you might see around the neighborhood, Native Lawn can fit right in,
without looking unnaturally perfect. Deep green yarn fibers are combined with a down
to earth tan thatch, to achieve a dormant grass appearance. Native Lawn has become
a top seller with its unique looks, rich colors, and soft-to-the-touch feel. Specified as a
1 ¾” pile height, 60 oz. polyethylene fiber blades, and thatch layer. Includes Nanobac
technology. Rubber infill &/or sand may be used for improved durability and cushion.
A superior choice for multi-purpose use, Champion Sport provides optimal durability
and yarn strength for recreation, playgrounds, sports or agility training of athletes, and
great for energetic dogs! The short, dense blades allow for easy clean up and adds
resilience in high traffic areas. Provides attractive, multi-colored, olive and green yarn
fibers. As a part of the PolyTurf GreenField System, the players benefit with a safer
surface, and the world benefits when end-of-life recycling is achievable. Specified as 1
1/8” height, 69 oz., polyethylene fiber blades, with a thatch layer that does not require
infill. Features Cool Reflect technology that reduces heat absorption by 20ºf.
Golf Green offers superior stamina for a top of the line commercial or residential
professional putting green. Golf Green is the ideal surface to practice your putting
on. Available in two color choices, olive green or spring green tone. Specified as
7/16” height nylon fiber yarn. Includes Nanobac anti-bacterial technology and a nonperforated rubber backing.
