With 52 acres of scenic coastline and
Alaskan wilderness, Waterfall Resort is a
refreshingly unique venue for incentive

The legend of Waterfall Resort began
more than 100 years ago. The property
was originally founded as a record
breaking seafood cannery near some of
the best fishing spots in Alaska.
The historic cannery was later renovated
into Waterfall Resort, offering guests the
thrill of guided fishing for wild Alaska
king salmon, halibut, silver salmon and
more than 20 other varieties of sport fish.
Since then we’ve hosted more than 50,000
guests, making Waterfall Resort the most
popular fishing lodge in Alaska.

Whether you spend uninterrupted time
with key clients on a cabin cruiser, hold a
group session in one of the fully equipped
meeting rooms, or buy out the property to
engage and incentivize your whole team,
Waterfall Resort has your event covered.
Private Cabin Cruiser
Boats hold up to 4 guests. Privacy upgrades
are available for additional discretion.
Cocktail Reception
Groups may host receptions in the Resort’s
own Lagoon Saloon, or in-suite.
Small Group Conference Rooms
Two conference rooms are available at no
extra charge. The Chinook Room seats 40, and
the Coho Room seats 28.
Buyout Conference Features
For Resort buy-outs, the ocean-front
dining room seats 92 guests for mixers,
ceremonies or presentations.

26 Ocean-front Cabins
Originally built in the ‘20s for cannery
employees, these fully restored cabins
are closest to the boats. (sleeps 2)
10 Historic Lodge Rooms
Centrally located, lodge rooms sit above
the scenically placed General Store,
many with ocean views. (sleeps 2)
4 Group-sized Townhouse Condos
Two bedroom, two and a half bath
condos have sitting area, full kitchen,
washer/dryer and fireplace. Condos are
upgraded accommodations. (sleeps 4)
4 Executive “Egg House” Suites
Egg House suites are spacious with an
ocean-front deck, sitting area, wet bar
and fridge. Suites are upgraded
accommodations. (sleeps 2)

Easy Travel
Alaska may be the last frontier, but it’s never
been so accessible! Waterfall Resort is near
Ketchikan in SE Alaska, just a 90 minute
flight from Seattle.
Guests fly in to Ketchikan International
Airport (KTN) where our ground crew are
stationed to assist with transfers.
Ketchikan is a historic port town dubbed
“The Salmon Capital of the World.” Guests
staying over in town may enjoy a stroll
down old-world Creek Street to experience
local culture, shopping and dining.
Waterfall Resort is a quick, scenic sea plane
ride from Ketchikan over Alaska’s famous
Inside Passage and the Tongass National
Forest to the wild west coast of Prince of
Wales Island.
Upon arrival, our warm and friendly crew
greets guests and valets their luggage.
Within an hour of landing most groups are
on boats cruising toward adventure!
On day of departure, guests and their fish
boxes are checked through to their final
destinations by Waterfall Resort’s on-site
Alaska Airlines gate agent.
