Proposals:
Student will use photo material from Berlin, Joensuu, Antalya and Braila regards MECA and AVC
proffesion.
Use at least one sentence in all partner's languagues.
Something like: MECHATRONIC is the proffesion of the future…It is cool to be AVC… Become….
2. Leaflets for AVC and MECA
Proposal: A4, 1/3 fold, 6 (1/3) »pages«
1st PAGE: like poster (obligatory LLP logo and Eu vet stars…)
2-6 page: design to fill up with text in all partners languagues (5): short about MECA study and
profession. The text could be filled latter until Celje meeting in May 2010.
AVC: 2,3,4 page: design to fill up with text in all (AVC-DE, FIN, SLO - 3) partners languagues:
short about AVC study and profession . The text could be filled latter until Celje meeting in May
2010.
Extra 5,6 pages for AVC…?? Ideas?
Those are just technical proposals.
Profession solutions are leaved to AVC teachers and students.

GRUPUL SCOLAR INDUSTRIAL ANGHEL SALIGNY BRAILA
MINI PROJECT PROPOSAL
MINI PROJECT IS PART OF A PLANNED ACTIVITY IN EU VET STARS LEONARDO
PROJECT.
The project will be implemented in two different working groups. In each group will be involved
students from all participant countries.
In the first day of the project (Monday) it takes place a detailed introduction about what are the
expectations from the student working teams and about particularities of devices.
The main part of the work will be done in the second day.
Mini project proposal:
1. Mobile device position’ control
by PLC, using proximity sensors.
DC electric motor is used for the
mobile device’ move.
PLC has 8 inputs and 4 outputs.
Type of PLC: Moeller
Students should analyze the
pictures and requirements of the
proposal. Than a brainstorming
session in each group is
recommended.
The software program has to take
into account the next events:
- Mobile device has a continuous
alternatively moving from one
proximity sensor to the other
- Pushing the red button stops the
mobile device instantaneously
- The mobile device starts running
when the left or right button is
pressed.
Some steps recommended:
• Ground plan with resources
• Do a part list (English)
• Assembly the wires
• Make programmable logic program
• An action plan for electrical diagnostics
• Document the system
• Final presentation (Power Point slides, multimedia files, photos…)
• UPLOAD the documents to the EU VET STARS web pages
• Glossary
• Evaluation of the tasks
Each group is invited to prepare a final presentation. Presentation could be made in Power Point
and accompanied by multimedia files, if possible.
The planed time for show the presentation is in a forth day of the project to the meeting’ room of
the hotel.
All teams are invited to take into account an alternative mini project: Counting system with
LOGO PLC, using optical sensors. (2)
Teachers from all partner schools may take with them the blank form of European Passport
certificate (only the name of students and country already written) and than we can fill in at Braila,
the competences demonstrated and acquired by students during the meeting time. All partner’
teams should access the web site of each national’ agency and to ask about certificate forms,
before the meeting
This is a proposal, so if you fell to add some new things or you have some new ideas, lease let us
to know this.
