People across South West Wales
are being empowered to take
control of their pension and
investment portfolios thanks to one
local firm of Chartered Financial
Advisers.
Swansea-based SIP, led by
Managing Director Jon Francis,
and Co-Directors, Paul Williamson
and Paul Wassell, helps clients
create a financial structure for their
pensions and investments and
provides expert advice to support
them via their offices at Axis Court,
Llansamlet and Mumbles.
Paul Williamson had worked in
Mumbles for many years and when
Paul joined forces with SIPWM
Jon decided to open a new office
here in August 2010. “Opening
the Mumbles office was a fantastic
move for us,” stated Jon, “There is
a great relationship that exists with
the various businesses in the area,
it’s convenient for the majority of
our staff and clients who don’t live

2013 with excitement. We currently
manage about £130 million in client
pension and investment funds
and expect to increase that by
continuing to attract new clients
and seeing the value of existing
funds grow.
“Another exciting venture that is
underway for SIP is the movement
into the auto-enrolment and
employee benefit market via their
new business Workplace Pension
Solutions Ltd. Auto-enrolment will
have an impact on any business
that employs staff where employees
must be enrolled into a pension
scheme. SIPWM and WPS can
help and give advice in all areas of
the process while adding value with
their employee benefits solutions.”

Mumbles who have found having
such services on their doorstep a
