About Us
We are a retired couple who bought this condominium new in 2004. It is our home from January to March and available for rent when we are not
there. We have a manger who looks after our place and works closely with us to accommodate any rental guests. This would include airport pickup,
local tours shopping, housekeeping and just about anything you can think of to make your time in Mexico enjoyable.
Our condo is ideally located in Villa Del Mar which is by far the number one condominium choice in Puerto Aventuras. It has two large swimming pools, a
large guest only common area, a private beach, tennis court, paddle court and plenty of privacy. It is beautifully maintained to protect the serenity of
an exceptional property.
Our condo, La Casa Del Sueño (the House of The Dream), is located on the second floor overlooking the large common area, swimming pools and the
Caribbean Sea. It is elevator serviced in the newest Villa Del Mar beach front building. Since it is our home away from home it is comfortably
furnished with many amenities. We have 2 large bedrooms each with walk in marble and glass block showers. The master bedroom has a king sized bed
and the guest bedroom has queen sized and matrimonial sized beds. The kitchen has a full stove as well as a microwave, toaster, blender and all of the
necessary flatware, pots, pans and cooking utensils to turn out a gourmet meal. Three thermostats control separate central air conditioning zones.
There are marble floors and counters throughout.
The town of Puerto Aventuras is an hour south of the Cancun airport located in a reef protected cove considered by many as the Yucatan’s most
exclusive beach. PA boasts of some of the finest sport fishing, scuba diving and snorkeling in all of Mexico. It has a professionally maintained 9-hole
jungle surrounded golf course with carts and a first class pro shop. The quaint village/marina has several restaurants, a dive shop, a dolphin show (swim
with the dolphins!), fishing charters and a variety recreational opportunities. This gated community is the gem of the Mayan Riviera.

Our Location
We are about one hour south of the Cancun Airport.
Our coast is protected by the Mesoamerican Reef, the second largest reef system in the world, traversing 600 miles along the coasts of Mexico,
Belize, Guatemala and Honduras. The waters are crystal clear for excellent diving and snorkeling.
The Tulum ruins are 25 minutes south of us and Coba about an hour. X’caret is a large nature theme eco-park for all day entertainment 10 minutes
away. Playa del Carmen is 15 minutes north offering hundreds of restaurants and plenty of excellent Mexican souvenir shopping.
