WARREN D. BROMBERG, MD, one of MKMG’s urologists,
uses the DaVinci Surgical System, which is a state-of-the-art
medical device comprised of a surgeon’s console, and a
patient robotic system, with a high resolution camera,
and micro-instruments used in surgery.
The computer enhanced system scales the hand movements
of the surgeon at the console down to micro-movements of
the surgical instruments on the patient side of the system.

of our ultra modern Aesthetics
Center highlighted by wall fabrics,
hardwood cabinetry, soft colors and
plush carpeting.
Enter the expanded Dermatology and Plastic
Surgery Waiting Room, part of a facility that is the pride of
our Dermatologists and Plastic Surgeon. Drs. Timothy Mattison,
Ross Levy, Lauren H. Burack and Ben Rosenberg, each highly
skilled in general and cosmetic dermatology and dermatologic
surgery, as well as our top plastic and cosmetic surgeon
Douglas Roth, MD, and facial plastic surgeon John Scott, MD,
take great pride in this new and expanded facility.
In addition, the Center is also shared by our top notch ENT
physicians, John Scott, MD and Jeffrey Keller, MD, who are
available for both adult and pediatric patients.
Our new Center, now in its second year, offers each physician
all the resources they need for superb patient care: examining
rooms, dedicated procedure rooms, and dedicated space for
our seven specialized lasers. Every room in the facility also has
access to our renowned electronic medical record, giving our
MD’s immediate access to the their patient’s complete medical
record right in the exam room.
Dr. Mattison added that, in addition to enlarged patient
rooms and laser rooms, “there are now expanded
phototherapy facilities.”
Our nursing staff has also enjoyed the benefits of our new and
expanded facility. The larger quarters gives them more space
to work, and minimizes crowding. Dr. Levy added on a lighter
note, “The added space has proved to have an unexpected
side benefit. It’s afforded many members of the staff a real
Overall Benefits
“The still relatively new Center,” Dermatologist Dr. Timothy
Mattison commented,” is a significant advance in décor, space
and patient flow. “Now,” Dr. Mattison continued, “MMKG has
put dermatology and plastic surgery together in one area since
the disciplines are so closely linked. What’s more, Dr. Ben
Rosenberg, another superb Dermatologist, has joined our staff.”

Welcome To The Future!
Put It Another Way
Dermatologist Dr. Ross Levy spoke up saying “Our Aesthetics
facility makes MKMG comparable with the best that New York
City can offer.”
New Procedure Room
Previously, Dr. Roth performed cosmetic eyelid, liposuction
and other smaller surgical procedures at a hospital – a time
consuming trip for MKMG patients and doctors alike. Thanks
to our new Procedure Room, minor procedures like these can
be done in our Center,
providing our patients
with options when
scheduling their minor
surgical procedures.
MKMG’s Riverside division
Our already successful Aesthetics Center: 10,000 square
feet and a world apart – for patients and physicians alike.
As part of the MKMG family, patients now
have an expanded range of OB/GYN
services available to them, as well as
on-site radiology including ultrasound,
digital mammography and bone density.
Additionally, patients can immediately
benefit from MKMG’s vast network of
care, and expanded locations. ■
SUPPORT GROUPS
In order to better serve the community,
Mount Kisco Medical Group is pleased to
announce ongoing support groups. While
medical care is the patient’s first priority,
supportive and educational services can
help with the many issues patients and
families face. We are proud to provide
this service to support the continuum
of care that coordinates treatment and
compliments the necessary professional
services to patients.
Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Douglas Roth summed it up
by saying, “I feel that the new Aesthetics Center was designed
and built for two reasons. First, our doctors simply needed
more space to care for our patients. Secondly, our patients are
entitled to a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing environment,
especially when coming for elective cosmetic procedures.”
OB/GYN care to its patients throughout Dutchess County for over 49 years.
It’s all because of the dedicated physicians
and staff, two locations, modernized
facilities and continued commitment
to providing you with the highest level
of care.

In short, Mount Kisco Medical Group
has created a facility where our highly
skilled physicians, as well as the relaxing
design and décor, provide our patients
with the best possible options for their
cosmetic procedures. ■
Robotic Surgery at MKMG...
(continued from page 1)
The DaVinci special camera provides
the surgeon with a remarkably clear and
highly magnified 3-D view of the anatomy
provided by the system.
Prior to DaVinci ® Prostatectomy, the
conventional approach to removing the
prostate gland required a large incision
on the lower abdomen. With the advent
of this new procedure, recovery time
is quicker, and the patient enjoys
significant benefits that change the
surgical experience .
The precision of the DaVinci operative
approach has been demonstrated to
include improved cancer control, early
return of urinary function and improved
outcomes for potency. DaVinci also means
smaller incisions, less pain, less blood loss,
less risk of infection, shorter hospital stay,
less scarring, and a quicker return to
normal activities.
Dr. Bromberg adds:
“Robotics is truly the next stage in the
evolution of minimally invasive surgery.
There is no question in my mind that such
advances are transforming the standard of
care for men with curable prostate cancer.”
If you or someone you know has been
diagnosed with prostate cancer and would
like to learn more about the DaVinci
procedure, call for an appointment with
Dr. Bromberg at 914-242-1520. ■
