To produce beautiful pieces of orange or kiwi, you need to the ideal
basic ingredient: the clean, soft, fleshy part of a fruit...
This can be effortlessly achieved with the new Orange / Kiwi Peeler,
without compromising on quality.
The Orange / Kiwi Peeler is a fully automated decoring, peeling and
top & bottom cutter. The peeler is capable of cleaning both oranges
and kiwis. All that remains to be done is to cut the fruit into pieces.
After selecting the fruit type - orange or kiwi -, the dimensions and
the peel thickness, the machine will process each piece of fruit into
equal thicknesses. When peeling oranges, it is important to take note
of variations in peel thickness.
Maximum fruit yield can only be obtained by taking these variations
into account and adjusting the peeling system - the result is the
unique variable peel thickness mechanism!

The Orange / Kiwi Peeler can operate as a stand-alone unit, or interlinked with other machines. One person can operate 3 to 4 machines
at a time. A stand-alone unit is equipped with receptacles;
interlinked machines can be fitted with conveyor belts, one for the
peeled product and one for removing the peels.
