The Maine Chamber Music Seminar at Snow Pond Music Festival
Where aspiring artists develop, collaborate, and grow
• MCMS is an intensive program of chamber music study for college and graduate level musicians.
• Focus on two to three major works in the chamber music literature and participate in ad hoc readings,
while working along side a dynamic faculty representative of today’s finest institutions of performance
and education.
“I absolutely cherished this experience.
Every day seemed like a week in terms
of volume of hard work and growth
that I was able to achieve. I’m at a much
better place with myself as a player and
person because of it.”
– 2013 Participant
• Immerse yourself in the traditions of interpretation and style, while developing leadership skills and
learning the delicate art of cooperation within an intimate group.
