‘Nuestra Belleza Latina’ Univision Finale: Francisca Lachapel
is Crowned 9th Latina Beauty Queen
What a night it was! After a season
full of glamour, excitement and a
lot of drama, a new Nuestra Belleza Latina has been crowned! The
girls of NBL gave their all and impressed the judges and the public
after a night full of performances,
challenges and gorgeous gowns.
The show started with an amazing
entrance by Beauty Guru, Osmel
Sousa, holding the crown, this entry appears to have become his
trademark for the Finale. Next,
the finalists had to face some of
the audience’s critiques on social media. The ladies showed an
enormous amount of professional-
ism. Just like last year, Univision
reminded the public about all the
challenges the finalists had to go
through during this season of NBL.
The contestants’ best and worst
moments were shown in an entertaining collage of videos and
images.
In order to receive the crown, the
finalists: Nathalia Casco (Honduras), Catherine Castro (Puerto
Rico), Francisca Lachapel (Dominican Republic) and Clarissa
Molina (Dominican Republic), had
to survive one last challenge in

Life Coaching
By Judith Costa
Do you know what a
life coach can do for
you? To work with a
coach is an investment
in you. Coaching is for
you to create a context in which you can
continuously work on
the most important issues of your life. It can
be your love life, the
job you want to do, or
to find the purpose of
your life. You decide
your goal. A life coach
can help you to better manage your life,
create a greater fulfillment, and live the life
of your dreams.
Coaches believe that the answers
to your problems, doubts, or to the
situations you are experiencing,
are in yourself. A coach will help
you to find the answers by yourself.
It is totally different than therapy,
because a coach doesn’t give you
advice. It will help you to look at a
situation from a different perspective, or to reframe it. Sometimes
it is complicated, when you are in
a difficult moment of your life, to
take perspective and see the different options that you have. You
can feel stuck, or maybe you are
not able to imagine that you have
other alternatives. Your coach will
help you realize that you always
have an option, and to deal with
your limiting beliefs.
When a situation is overwhelming for us, we have the tendency to
avoid it. Maybe you want to transform your life, but you don’t even
know how to start. Do you feel unfulfilled and you don’t know why?
This is the best moment to start
working with a coach. After a crisis
in our life like a divorce, the loss
Judith Costa
of a loved one, an illness, or any
other important setback, you may
start asking yourself, what am I doing with my life?
A coach will help you to get clarity,
and this way it will be easy for you
to make decisions. A professional
coach will help you to seeing what
you need to take care of, and how
decide in which direction to move.
They will help you divide into baby
steps and small objectives, the
goal you decide that you want to
work on.
Through empowering questions
and other skills, that a professional
coach will have, they will help you
to move from where you are to
where you want to be. They will
help you to use all your resources,
even those you don’t know you
have, and will go along the path
with you. When you have someone
side to side who empowers and
encourages you, whatever your
goal or objective is, it seems easier
to get it. Your coach will help you to
maintain your focus and your commitment. www.judithmcosta.com

Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Milad Ghandor, from
Arcadia, Calif. and graduate of
Arcadia High School, has been in
the Navy for two years. Ghandor is
serving on his first deployment.
“I joined the Navy to serve my
country and see the world,” said
Ghandor.
“I am part of the crash and salvage
team onboard. Our job is to rescue
pilots and salvage downed aircraft,” said Ghandor. “I like it a lot
because there may be a day where
I’ll be able to save someone’s life.”
When asked about his experience
so far on deployment, Ghandor
said, “I love it. I get to travel the
world and experience different cultures. It’s awesome.”
Ghandor said that he hopes to

After Arias addressed the judge
emotionally, with frequent pauses
apparently to gain control of herself, explaining how “disgusted”
and “repulsed” with herself she
was over having killed her onagain-off-again boyfriend, Travis Alexander, Stephens spoke
sternly, saying that, among other
reasons for not granting her clemency, “The defendant went to great
lengths to conceal her involvement
in the crime.”
Arias has claimed that Alexander
physically abused her, and her attorney frequently made mention of
his family being made to hear dif-
ficult statements
about him, but
the
defendant
didn’t hesitate to
put them through
the wringer one
more time, saying, “I remember the moment
when the knife
went into Travis’
throat … Every
day I wish I could
undo what I did to
[him].”
The sentencing was largely a formality after a jury deadlocked last
month on whether to give Arias
the death penalty or life in prison.
The only question being considered was whether Arias would be
eligible for release after 25 years
or serve the rest of her life behind
bars.

Judge Denies Jodi Arias Possibility of Parole, Ending
Epic Legal Saga
Convicted murderer Jodi Arias will
spend the “rest of her natural life”
behind bars without the possibility
of parole, Judge Sherry Stephens
ruled in a Maricopa County courtroom on Monday.
April 16 - April 22, 2015
Vicente Fernández has not
passed away, as recent rumors
and reports seem to suggest and
the singer wanted to set the record
straight.
In a post on his official Instragram
account, the 74-year-old ranchera
singer wrote that he is very much
alive and disturbed that people on
social media and the news have
reported his death.
“I especially wonder that a television program is confirming it. This
bothers me because my fans and
my family are concerned about
such false information,” he wrote.
Four of the victim’s family members tearfully asked the judge to
give Arias the maximum sentence
before the defendant spoke. They
expressed anger over what they
called “countless indignities” that
besmirched the name of Alexander over the last two years.

Fernández, who was in the hospital for a hernia last month, assured
his fans that they needn’t worry
about finding out about his death.
“I swear to you that the day I die, I
will let you know,” he said.
Along with denying the rumor,
Fernández also shared a video of
his recovery from his farm.
“Working out at the ranch, breathing in clean air and thanking God
for everything,” he captioned the
clip.
Fernández, an icon of ranchera
music, is also planning a farewell
concert at the Zócalo, Mexico
City’s largest plaza, for later this
year.
“I always said that I would like to
say farewell there with all of my
people,” he said in a statement released in February.
The concert will include selection
of his greatest hits, and the singer
has vowed to give fans an unforgettable performance.
“It is my farewell from the stage
and I assure you that it will be
something we are not going to forget,” added Fernández, who has
been in poor health the last few
years.

Gloria and Emilio Estefan’s love
story is finally heading to theaters
in “On Your Feet!” and on Monday, the musical super-couple announced who will be playing them
on stage.
Ana Villafañe, who initially auditioned via video to play her idol,
will make her Broadway debut opposite “Sirens” actor Josh Segarra.
“You are going to see the whole
breakdown (of our relationship),”
said Gloria Estefan during the big
reveal on the Today Show, adding
it will be all about their 37 year relationship. “You get to see how it all
happened.”
The Estefans were first approached about doing a Broadway
show of their lives nearly 20 years
ago, but it was just not the right
time to share their love story until
now Emilio Estefan revealed.
“I think our lives can inspire a lot
of people – about dreams, about
being persistent,” he said.
On playing the Latin music power-couple, Villafañe told InStyle
that it’s “a very big responsibility.”
“I don’t think you can actually
replicate Gloria Estefan – you can
only do your best to tell her story
and be true to the music,” the Cuban-American actress said. “I grew
up performing her music at talent
shows. ‘Reach’ was the first song
I ever sang in public when I was
9 years old. That’s what we would
jam to on our way to school.”

To all heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, contingent creditors, and persons
who may otherwise be interested in the will or estate, or both, of MARJORIE MOORHOUS
A PETITION FOR PROBATE has been filed by Suzane Galliart in the
Superior Court of California, County of LOS ANGELES.
THE PETITION FOR PROBATE requests that Suzane Galliart be
appointed as personal representative to administer the estate of the
decedent.
THE PETITION requests authority to administer the estate under the
Independent Administration of Estates Act. (This authority will allow the
personal representative to take many actions without obtaining court
approval. Before taking certain very important actions, however, the
personal representative will be required to give notice to interested
persons unless they have waived notice or consented to the proposed
action.) The independent administration authority will be granted unless an interested person files an objection to the petition and shows
good cause why the court should not grant the authority.
A HEARING on the petition will be held on April 24, 2015 at 8:30AM in
Dept. No. 67 located at 111 N. Hill St., Los Angeles, CA 90012.
IF YOU OBJECT to the granting of the petition, you should appear
at the hearing and state your objections or file written objections with
the court before the hearing. Your appearance may be in person or
by your attorney.
IF YOU ARE A CREDITOR or a contingent creditor of the decedent,
you must file your claim with the court and mail a copy to the personal
representative appointed by the court within the later of either (1) four
months from the date of first issuance of letters to a general personal
representative, as defined in section 58(b) of the California Probate
Code, or (2) 60 days from the date of mailing or personal delivery to
you of a notice under section 9052 of the California Probate Code.
Other California statutes and legal authority may affect your rights as
a creditor. You may want to consult with an attorney knowledgeable
in California law.
YOU MAY EXAMINE the file kept by the court. If you are a person
interested in the estate, you may file with the court a Request for Special Notice (form DE-154) of the filing of an inventory and appraisal
of estate assets or of any petition or account as provided in Probate
Code section 1250. A Request for Special Notice form is available
from the court clerk.

property. You should also be aware that the lien being auctioned
off may be a junior lien. If you are the highest bidder at the auction, you are or may be responsible for paying off all liens senior
to the lien being auctioned off, before you can receive clear title
to the property. You are encouraged to investigate the existence,
priority, and size of outstanding liens that may exist on this property by contacting the county recorder’s office or a title insurance
company, either of which may charge you a fee for this information. If you consult either of these resources, you should be aware
that the same lender may hold more than one mortgage or deed of
trust on the property. NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNER: The sale
date shown on this notice of sale may be postponed one or more
times by the mortgagee, beneficiary, trustee, or a court, pursuant

you and to the public, as a courtesy to those not present at the sale.

way to verify postponement information is to attend the scheduled
sale. If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of
monies paid to the Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no
further recourse. NBS Default Services, LLC 301 E. Ocean Blvd.
