***If it proves impossible to contact the surgeon who
originally performed the implantation another surgeon may
be chosen in agreement with SILIMED. The same applies to
the clinic.
SILIMED operates the PSPS voluntarily and reserves the right
to cancel it at any moment. The programme is only valid in
countries to which SILIMED supplies its products. No
complaint can be accepted from other countries.
