Sally serves as CEO and president of Buffalo Wild
Wings, Inc., one of the nation’s fastest-growing
national restaurant chains which includes more
than 1,072 restaurants in the United States, Canada
and Mexico. In 2003, Sally led the company in its
initial public offering, raising more than $50 million
which has helped fund the company’s exceptional
growth.
Paul serves as the CEO for Arby’s Restaurant
Group, Inc. (ARG). Arby’s was the first nationally
franchised, coast-to-coast sandwich chain and
currently has more than 3,400 restaurants
worldwide. Approximately, 1,000 of the restaurants
are company-owned and operated. In 2011, the
Arby’s brand was acquired by Roark Capital Group.

Joining the company in 2003, Steve has been instrumental
in building a foundation to drive and support company and

Mark joined Denny’s in 2005, bringing a wealth of retail and
restaurant experience as well as strategic and financial knowledge
that help strengthen the Denny’s brand and solidify the company’s
capital structure.
Roland Dickey Jr.
CEO, Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants
Roland is grandson of company founder Travis Dickey, Sr. Since
becoming president and CEO of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants
in 2006, he has expanded the restaurant’s reach from 20 to over
500 restaurants nationwide.
As the leader of Jamba Juice Company, a subsidiary of Jamba Inc.,
James led the company through a turnaround, driving the change
to build it into a powerhouse chain for health-concious consumers.
Phil is at the helm of Salsarita’s, an 85-location casual Mexican
restaurant chain he acquired through his holding company,
Mississippi Restaurant Group, LLC. Prior to Salsarita’s he was
chairman, CEO and president of McAlister’s Corporation.
Grady’s charge at Popeye’s is to maintain an efficient capital
structure for the company, and to foster and accelerate growth
in Popeyes’ company and franchisee-owned restaurant network.

CEO, Tropical Smoothie Cafe
After serving as vice president of operations and COO, Mike was
named CEO in August 2012. In this role, he is responsible for the

Rodney has served in a senior management capacity in diverse
areas of the entertainment business. He brings his experience and
past success to his newest business venture, PizzaRev, where he
serves as co-CEO. The company projects to have 65 corporate and
franchise units open in 2015.
Sam Kaufman
CFO, la Madeleine
Promoted after more than five years as senior director of
financial planning for la Madeleine, Kaufman has a wealth of
restaurant industry knowledge. He began working in financial
roles at restaurant companies nearly 15 years ago.
