West Creek Business Park stretches from Broad Street to Patterson
Avenue, just west of the Henrico County line, with over 2.1 million
square feet of office space existing. Strategically located just west
of Richmond, the park has easy access to major roads and interstate

Patterson Avenue. West Creek is home to some of the most

the park. This site will be accessed by Tuckahoe Creek Parkway
and also Hockett Road. Most of the infrastructure is at the site but
an internal parkway system will need to be built to access this 400
