Elves from Athel Loren took it as a challenge. He was halfway through the
dish before they revealed the truth. He just laughed and carried on eating.
Fuel for a full day of battle: 3 Quorn sausages,

mushrooms, baked beans, fried bread and toast.

When the dragon known as “Foul Hynglish” burned down one of our stills,
our wrath was swift and terrible. Interestingly, not only do the various
parts of a dragon all taste great, they also come pre-cooked...

Furnace-Roasted Tuskgor Flank
(Barbecue Ribs)£9.95
Around this time of year, we send our Beardlings into the Drakwald to
gather up Tuskgor for the Feast of Grimnir. Those that make it back earn
the right to join us at the banquet!
Tender slow cooked ribs marinated in Bugman’s
own tangy BBQ sauce, served with chips, onion
rings and corn on the cob.
Dragonflamed Cockatrice Slices (Fajitas)
‘Twas Longbeard Greystone who was caught between a dragon and a
Cockatrice. They fought over who would eat him and in the end the dragon
was turned to stone and the Cockatrice roasted to a crisp. According to old
Greystone, the only thing better than surviving that fight was the taste!
Wrap your fajitas just the way you like them. Strips
of chicken or mixed beans in a spicy onion and
pepper sauce, served with guacamole, sour cream,
salsa and flour tortillas.

When the slayer Gorek Bainbridgesson brought back the slain body
of a giant beast from the Mountains of Mourn, the creature fed our
Longbeards for two weeks. Poor Gorek. Falling asleep in the cooking pot is
no death for a slayer.
Say what you like about the Skinks of the New World, but they know
how to whip up a mean snack. This recipe came from the famous Tor’ti
Llaz, though we don’t include the snakes any more. Too many… err…
incidents.
Melt in the mouth pulled pork mixed with
mozzarella and served deliciously hot. Served in a
baguette, with chips.
A satisfying feast of warm tortilla chips, layered
with jalapeno peppers and rich chilli, smothered
with melted mozzarella. Served with guacamole,
salsa and sour cream. Top it off with either:
Bugman’s beef chilli • Vegetarian chilli.
Spiced Cockatrice
(Spicy Chicken Baguette)£5.95
Poor Old Uncle Gorri. He should never have gone Cockatrice hunting
after a heavy night on the Bugman’s XXXXXX .He only went and polished
the wrong side of the shield. Now we use him to hang our cloaks and
helmets on.

The Waywatcher’s Weybread
(Roasted Veg & Red Pesto Baguette)(V)

If you’ve ever seen Elven diplomacy at work, you’ll know they can make a
good meal of anything. This snack is so good that, despite being entirely
vegetable based, it is said the Dryads of Athel Loren enjoy it.
Rich red pesto and melted mozzarella with roasted
peppers, onion, courgettes and aubergine. Served
in a baguette with chips.
Tor’ti Llaz’ Lustrian Bites (Nachos with Bugman’s beef chilli)

When my Great-Grandfather started exploring, his supplies were made off
with by some Grobi filth. In a wilderness without game to catch, he made
delicious meals out of plants and roots, which soon became his meal of choice.
He hasn’t come back from his expedition to Athel Loren though...

tomatoes, cucumber, grated carrot, beetroot, and

Much has been said of Dwarf High-King Thorgrim Grudgebearer’s mighty
appetite, which was seemingly all-encompassing. It is therefore high praise
that he rated this roast lunch amongst his favourite dishes. Legend has it that
his appetite was sated in just one sitting and the chef responsible, Simpsonn,
earned a place amongst his Hammerers immediately.

of The Four Rivers and his giant boar has been providing meals for
hungry dwarfs ever since...

The local Athel Loren Glade Guard sent us some trained Warhawks as
