Operator #1 manually loads empty bottles onto the 40” Rotary Loading Turntable.
The empty bottles move down the 15’ Filler Conveyor where they are filled by an
8 Head Gravity or Overflow Filler at a rate up to 50bpm*. Once filled, bottles
continue traveling down the Conveyor to the 6 Spindle Screw Capper. Caps are
delivered through the delivery chute where they are picked up by the lip of the
filled bottles and progress through 6 Spindles on the Capper where necessary
torque is applied for appropriate closure. Capped bottles continue down the 12.5”
Capper Conveyor to be labeled. A PSA Wrap Labeler, with integrated conveyor, applies pressure sensitive adhesive
labels and bottles of finished product collect on the 40” Rotary Accumulating Turntable. Operator #2 manually
removes the finished products for secondary packaging, such as Semi­Automatic Case Taping. *Based on standard
500ml plastic bottles.

labeler is economical, self
contained and easy to
operate. This automatic
wrap around labeling system
comes equipped with a 4.5
inch wide (adjustable) X 7’
long variable speed high
friction conveyor.

turntable for bottling
production lines is
manufactured in 304
stainless steel. Power
provided by 1/8 Hp, DC
gear motor. Variable speed
up to 150 containers per
minute.

capper for liquid packaging
lines here in our facility in
Midwest USA. It is flexible
and durable and works with
most containers and caps
including flat caps, sport
caps, metal lids and many
others. It’s built on a heavy
duty, tig welded, stainless
steel frame with anodized
aluminum plate construction
to provide durability in
almost any packaging
environment. The modular
design lets you start with
just a cap tightener and
easily add capabilities when
you need them.
