particularly apt leitmotif for our family as hosts
at the Alpen-Wellness Resort Hochfirst*****.
Now operating in the third and fourth family
generation, we strive to improve, to innovate
whilst also honouring a long tradition.
Hochfirst was constructed in Obergurgl in
1934, thereby laying the foundation for one of
Ötztals grandest hotels. Steeped in tradition,
Hochfirst***** has become one of the most
exclusive holiday destinations in Austria over
the past 80 years. It is a diamond in the Alps,
located in the village of Obergurgl.
The five stars that adorn our hotel stand for the
five pillars of our success: Exceptional service,
luxurious ambiance, state-of-the-art comfort,
Gault-Millau-level cuisine, and a stay so
elegant it meets the demands of even the most
