3. Purchase of Relief Goods. We praise that it was a good timing when the
Department of Trade and Industry had their “DTI Caravan” selling discounted
foods to residents of Palompon. They only had it for one day at Palompon,
December 4, 2013, and their next place is near Tacloban City.

5. Relief Goods Distribution. As requested by Pastor Joel Marquez, the relief
distribution was done at 6 pm though the residents came even at 5 pm. The
town has still no electricity. I first delivered a very short message and prayed
for the recipients of the relief goods before the distribution.
