networks, community health centers and other health partners.

HCN is a not-for-profit organization governed by a board
comprised of its members. Members provide care to
approximately 800,000 patients in 10 states and play a vital
role in improving the quality of life within the communities
they serve.

Meaningful Use
HCN is a recognized leader in implementing meaningful usecertified electronic health record (EHR), oral health record
and behavioral health record systems. Through experience and
expertise, HCN directs members to meaningful use of EHR
systems as defined by the Office of the National Coordinator
for Health Information Technology (HIT). HCN provides a full
range of services, from training and hosting to disaster planning
to a turnkey HIT department, enabling health care providers
to improve the efficiency, quality and value of care. Patients
