Lexas Teague
Sara Davis
Sara Davis is ranked 6th in the
senior class with a GPA of 5.656.
Her most memorable moment
was, “This year, I reluctantly joined
the swim team…Best. Decision. Of
my life. The coaches were so supportive and the team was like no
other. There was one meet where
everyone had to swim EVERY
event and I never felt so supported,
even when I was doing terrible, they
still cheered like I was winning the
Olympics.”
Her top activities at Harding
were marching band, swimming,
tennis, National Honor Society, and
concert band.
Her future plans are to attend
the University of South Florida to
major in marine biology and be part
of a rescue team.
On the subject of giving thanks,
Sara said, “Obviously everyone was
a big help in getting me through
high school, but Mr. Matthews was
by far a huge inspiration to me, especially this year as I was getting
into college and everything.”
Jennifer Schott
Jennifer Schott has a GPA of
5.652 and is ranked 7th of the
2014 senior class.
Her future plan is to go to
Tiffin University to study forensic chemistry.
Schott’s top activities at Harding were National Honor Society, Symphonic Choir, and musical.

Miranda Potts is ranked 8 of the
senior class of 2014. She participated in many different activities.
Her top activities were Swimming,
Tennis, Youth Engaging Philanthropy, and National Honor Society. She had many memories, she
said her favorite one was, “Trying

to study psychology and education
at the University of Cincinnati. She
would like to give a special thanks
to her teachers, parents, and friends
for helping her be as successful as

of her life after graduation. She
said, “Jay Peterson and I have a
bucket-list of things that I really
want to do before starting my
college career.” The first trip the
couple will have is heading to
New York City and Niagara
Falls, and Teague is extremely
excited about her plans.
She will be attending The
Ohio State University
(Columbus) this fall and is currently undecided on her major.
“My most memorable moment at Harding was not really
just a moment,” Lexas said. She
went on, saying that her favorite
memory was something that
developed throughout her high
school career- all the friendships
that she made and all of the relationships and bonds that were
created. Lexas articulates, “I
was honored to meet and become friends with amazing and
talented people, and that would
be my most memorable moment
at Harding.”
A special thanks that Lexas
would like to give is to Mrs.
Jenni Jury who, Teague said,
helped throughout the seniors’
high school career. Mrs. Jury
always knew how to “fix all of
my problems and did them happily no matter how much I
bugged her.” Furthermore,
shebelieves that all the Harding
counselors do not get the recognition that they deserve, or that
is “proportional to the level of
work and time invested in improving our high school lives.”
