To give a positive contribution to the community by its responsible relation towards the natural and social environment. - Production of dip forming wire Dip-forming process is the type of continual casting process based on passing of the core wire through the melted copper in the casting crucible. Cold core wire absorbs the heat from the melted copper and cools the copper around the wire surface which crystallizes and sticks on the core wire surface. After casting in the casting crucible wire is hot rolled. By hot rolling process is produced round copper rod, dimension of 8,12, 14,16,17.5mm in diameter. All dimensions obtained by hot rolling process is also produced with the silver content of 0.03 to 0.1 %. Advantageof dip-forming process compared with other processes are: -Superior quality and possibility of further processing; -Less breaks in the drawing process which leads to the decreasing of the waste in the cable and enameled wire production; -Working conditions in dip forming plants are much better than for other production procedures; -Electrical energy used for melting makes this process friendly to the environment protection. Round and profiled wire is produced in quality types F20;F25 and F30 , depending of tension strenght value.Trolley wire is according EN50149 standard. Production according to the customer demands is also possible as well as according to the standards. Wire is packed on the coils with inner diameter of 350mm and outer diameter of 620 to 650mm.Coils are wrapped by plastic foil and packed on wooden pallet dimensions of 620x620mm or 900 x 900mm. Each shippment is accompanied by Quality Certificate as guarantee of quality demands fulfillment. Mechanical equipment of plant, together with clasical tool machi nery ( lathes; grinding machines for flat grinding to the diameter of 600mm and height up to 450mm) consist of PeTeWe grinding machine for profiled grinding and EDM machines based on principles of electric erosion in metal processing used mostly for production of tools and rolls for production of round and profiled wire.
