The BMR Trolley Anchor is intended to be used as an anchorage point with either a shock-absorbing
lanyard or a self-retracting lifeline for fall arrest, or with a positioning lanyard for fall restraint.
Only one person may use the BMR Trolley Anchor at a time with a combined weight (including tools
and other equipment) of 310-lb.

Hammer Mobile Fall Arrest System
Made of durable 6061-grade aluminum, the U.S.
Patent Pending Lock-N-Climb has been engineercertified to withstand loads in excess of OSHA
requirements, according to ANSI A14.2, ANSI 14.5
standards. The Lock-N-Climb fits any extension
ladder and installs in minutes when following the
detailed product instructions.
The Hammer Mobile Fall Arrest System is the ultimate in mobile fall protection safety. On large jobs, often the
ideal anchorage point is one that can be moved as you finish work in one area and move on to another. Mobile
anchor points can provide fall arrest and fall restraint where no other anchorage point exists. Designed as a
mobile anchor point, up to three (3) workers can be tied off to the Hammer Mobile System for fall arrest. It
can also accommodate two (2) additional workers in fall restraint. Sometimes finding a good anchor point is
difficult. Using the Hammer Mobile Fall Arrest System, you always have a rated mobile anchor point!

Hard hats should be replaced when the shell shows cracks, chips,
holes, dents, discoloration or brittleness. It is also important to know
the difference between the various hard hat suspension options.

Heat stress is a growing problem in construction and can kill in less than one hour of exposure to extreme heat and humidity.
It affects an estimated 10 million workers in the U.S. each year. Prevention is your best defense against heat-related illness.
Simple changes in fluid intake, shade and certain clothing can keep your workers safe.
Here's what you need to know:
■Hydration is absolutely crucial. Supply drinking water on the job site. Not only is water one of our most essential
nutrients, it also helps us regulate body temperature. The harder you work, the more liquid you need to be consuming, especially
on hot days. Employers need to offer access to water or beverages such as Sqwincher. It is recommended that employers provide
1 quart per employee per hour for the entire shift, with frequent drinking encouraged. Make sure your employees get their ration; it
could save their lives!
■Acclimation is the process of an individual adjusting to a gradual change in their environment, such as a change in
temperature or humidity. Working in hot conditions is tough on workers and productivity. The use of evaporative products such as
cooling bandanas, headbands, triangle hats, and hard hat inserts provide the needed cooling through evaporation. These products
also help fight fatigue, and make work more comfortable when the sun is out.
■Access to shade It is vital that your employees have access to shade at all times. When natural shade isn't available,
the use of temporary canopies serves as a necessary shelter from the blazing heat. Moveable canopies allow for shade even while
the work is in progress. The amount of shade present shall be at least enough to accommodate 25% of the employees on the shift
at any time, so that they can sit in a normal posture, fully shaded without having to be in physical contact with other workers.
■Air Circulation A well ventilated work environment helps to keep the body from over heating. The use of fans is
strongly encouraged in areas with low air movement. Keeping your crew cool and happy helps get the job done faster and safer.
It's worth the small investment.
■Breaks When temperatures are high, your body is fighting to keep you cool. Periodic breaks are needed in order to give the
body time to recover from the stress that extreme heat puts on the system. Failure to provide breaks is not only against the law,
but it also puts lives in great danger of heat exhaustion and possible death. Give them a break!
■Food Believe it or not, food helps provide energy to your body to help fight off heat exhaustion.
Respond to heat illnesses signs without delay!
Provide first aid and emergency services at the first signs and symptoms of heat stress.

bulk sales laws. Purchaser agrees that all Terms and Conditions of Sale reverse side of this Credit Application and Personal Guaranty, as the same may be amended by
written notice to Purchaser from time to time, shall apply to all sales and extensions of credit made to Purchaser by Seller.

To induce the extension of credit to Purchaser, Guarantor (jointly and severally, if more than one) hereby guarantees payment of all existing and future indebtedness of
Purchaser to Seller, including any costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees payable as a consequence of Seller’s collection efforts. This personal guaranty is
absolute, complete, irrevocable and continuing and it shall not be necessary for Seller to give notice to Guarantor of any extension of credit to Purchaser, any renewal

Guarantor shall continue to be obligated in respect of any credit extended within ten days after Seller’s receipt of such notice and any credit Seller remains obligated to
extend to Purchaser at the close of business on the tenth day following Seller’s receipt of such notice. Guarantor agrees to provide personal financial information as reasonable requested by Seller.
