Mr. Allman is Owner & Chairman of Regent Partners, a Real Estate Investment and Development company based in Atlanta. He graduated from Dartmouth College in 1976 Magna Cum Laude and with Distinction in Economics. Mr. Allman has been in the commercial real estate business since 1980. Regent Partners has developed or acquired more than $2.5 billion in real estate assets including its recent acquisition of the $300+ million, 2.2 million square foot Concourse Complex in Atlanta and its development of The Sovereign, a 50-­‐story mixed use project in Buckhead and the tallest building to be built in Atlanta in over 20 years. Mr. Allman is active in numerous civic and ministry initiatives. He currently serves as Founding Chairman of the Buckhead Community Improvement District (BCID), Chairman of the Atlanta Urban Land Institute (ULI) District Council which promotes “smart growth” principles and practices in Metro Atlanta, and Chairman of the Eleazar Wheelock Society at Dartmouth College. He is also Chairman of Opportunity International Nicaragua where he has spearheaded efforts to establish new models for holistic alleviation of poverty. Mr. Allman is a Trustee for J. Bulow Campbell Foundation, a national Trustee for Urban Land Institute and also serves on the Boards of the Georgia Public Policy Foundation, the Metro Atlanta Chamber, the Georgia World Congress Center Authority, and FCS Urban Ministries. He has been married for 34 years (Donna), has four adult children and nine grandchildren. He and Donna are native Atlantans.
