Parker Ranch Trail
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Date: Friday, November 19, 2010
Time: 3:00 p.m.
Location: Picea Court off Star Ridge Court
Parking is limited, attendees are
encouraged to carpool or hike to the event.
Join the City of Saratoga and the Pedestrian, Equestrian, and Bicycle
Trails Committee to celebrate the reopening and completion of
improvements to the Parker Ranch Trail. This trail runs from the Parker
Ranch Neighborhood, past Saratoga Country Club, and up into the
Fremont Older Open Space Preserve.
Improvements to the trail include relocation, re-grading, erosion control,
and addition of switchbacks to protect the trail from erosion during the
rainy season and to make it more accessible.
The event will include light refreshments and a short hike.
