After learning more about the pair’s desire for a glam wedding aesthetic, their
planner introduced them to the Harold Washington Library Center. “You can’t
find a more unique venue,” Lindsey says. “The glass ceiling alone sold me!”

Lindsey and Nathan’s airy reception space was glammed up with sleek, gold chiavari chairs and plenty of
gilded details. For dessert, guests were treated to a chocolate fudge and buttermilk cake that featured a
single gold ribbon, a custom monogram and textured rosettes that matched the bride’s gown.
