Self contained 12 volt DC power source provides 5 ampere hours of continuous
energy in event of loss of input power for pad mount control/communication system
The Lindsey UG power supply (P/N 9251) uses a slip-core CT to generate DC energy to power
customer’s control/communication system, in the mean time, it also charges a built-in 12V 5AH
sealed Lead Acid battery. In the event of loss of input power, the self contained battery can provide
more than 10 hours of energy for the control/communication system. The CT harvests the power
from any phase of the 200A/600A underground cable system.Minimum of 30A line current is required
to run the power supply. The system has a water-resistant design to avoid moisture.
