1. Full service module which includes the entire event on turn key basis to include all the mentioned services. Full

What we

1. DESTINATION / VENUE IDENTIFICATION
Based on type of function, number of guests, expected look and feel, theme of the event, timings and
weather conditions, budgetary limitations, etc other relevant factors we shall help you to zero in on the
Event venues / Event Destination. Whether an In City Wedding, a Domestic Destination Wedding or

5. FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT
Food & beverage management is clearly one of the most important jobs in a wedding. Our F & B experts
shall assist you with menu layouts, menu planning and value additions like specialized counters while the
F&B managers will facilitate & monitor the catering team to ensure delivery at special ceremonies, meal
set-up time, meal quality and taste specifications, wedding cake cutting, et al.
6. HOSPITALITY & GUEST RELATIONS
Every wedding guest expects personal attention. They need to be looked after before the wedding &
during the wedding by trained, presentable & well-dressed relationship managers. Attendance invitations &
follow ups I.e. RSVP’s form a major task which is time and energy consuming. Via a 8, 12 or 16 Hour Help
Desk at the hotel of stay we attend to all the queries during the wedding. In addition to Gift Drops and
other special customary requirements, changes in logistic plans, assistance, etc are all handled from this
